Davi M. Peters

Davi joined the firm in 2003. Davi practices in the areas of estate planning, collections, and commercial law. She represents corporate and individual clients in collection matters, including commercial and medical collections, insurance subrogation, leases, and deficiency balances. She also represents creditors in probate and bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, Davi advises clients in the estate planning process and in the preparation of estate documents, such as wills and health care planning.. Davi is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Davi is also a member of the Nashua Bar Association and the Commercial Law League of America. Davi was raised in California and Massachusetts. She graduated from Skidmore College, cum laude, with degrees in Business and French. She then received her Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law in 1999. After beginning her career at a boutique law firm in Boston, Davi moved to the border of New Hampshire with her front yard in Massachusetts and her backyard in New Hampshire. George H. Thompson Jr.

George H. Thompson, Jr. joined the firm in 1991. His areas of practice include civil litigation in the areas of collection, foreclosure, replevins, creditor banking representation, landlord/tenant, mechanic's liens, construction litigation, subrogation claims, commercial litigation, probate litigation, and real estate litigation. George is admitted to practice in the Circuit, Superior, and Supreme Courts of New Hampshire and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire. George is also a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, New Hampshire Association for Justice, and National Creditors Bar Association. He has served on the Hearings Committee for the NH Supreme Court Office of the Attorney Discipline from 2003 to 2012, and 2016 to present. George graduated from Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. He then earned his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in 1987 and an LLM degree in banking law at Boston University School of Law. George has also received specialized training from the NH Supreme Court Office of Mediation and Arbitration. He currently serves as a Superior Court Mediator, Civil Writ Mediator in the Circuit Court, and Small Claim Mediator. George is also a mediator for the New Hampshire Agricultural Mediation Program (NHAMP). George has served as Selectman and Planning Board member for the Town of Deerfield and delegate to the Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission. George currently serves on the Deerfield Zoning Board of Adjustment. George is a certified NH organic producer and operates a tree farm. Israel F. Piedra

Israel joined the firm in 2015. He focuses his practice in general civil litigation, including personal injury law and appeals. He also represents businesses and property owners in land use and zoning matters. Attorney Piedra has successfully litigated cases at all levels of the New Hampshire court system. He appears regularly before appellate courts, including the New Hampshire Supreme Court and 1st Circuit Court of Appeals. He has been named to the SuperLawyers magazine "Rising Stars" list each of the last seven years and has been selected as a "40 Under Forty" honoree by both the Nashua Telegraph and New Hampshire Union Leader. Israel also serves on various professional and community boards, including the New Hampshire Association for Justice's Board of Governors, the Manchester City Library Board of Trustees, and the New Hampshire Supreme Court's Access to Justice Commission. Israel attended Boston College Law School, where he was a member of one of the school's national moot court teams, senior editor of a law journal, and taught an undergraduate course in environmental law and policy. Israel is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. Attorney Piedra is a graduate of Bates College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and music performance. He was raised in Milford, New Hampshire and lives in Manchester. He previously served two terms in the New Hampshire House of Representatives. In Israel's free time, he enjoys playing music, hiking, golfing, and following Boston sports. Jack S. White

Jack joined Welts, White & Fontaine, P.C. in 1980 when he moved to Nashua. His primary practice areas are personal injury, civil/commercial litigation, property tax abatement, and creditor bankruptcy law. Jack has extensive civil (bench and jury) trial and appellate experience, and he has participated in numerous arbitration/mediation panels. He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar and Vermont Bar Associations, past President of the Nashua Bar, a member of the American Bar Association, and a member of the New Hampshire and American Association for Justice. Jack has also served on various New Hampshire Association committees. He received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Northeastern University and his J.D. degree from Western New England College School of Law, where he was managing editor of the law review. After graduation, Jack served as law clerk to the Hon. Robert W. Larrow, Associate Justice, Vermont Supreme Court, from 1979 - 1980. Attorney White is admitted in Vermont and New Hampshire. Jack has worked with various baseball programs locally for almost two decades. He currently coaches the Hollis/Brookline High School Junior Varsity and the Senior Babe Ruth baseball teams. He enjoys flying and is a multi-engine instrument rated pilot. As a former high school and college ski racer, Jack loves New Hampshire for its great downhill skiing. Practice Areas: Personal Injury

Mary Annicchiarico

Mary joined Welts, White & Fontaine in 2022 as their Accountant and brings over 30 years of accounting and management experience to the firm. She graduated from Bentley University and has worked in various industries over the years. Her broad knowledge and experience supports the firm's day-to-day operations and strategic planning. Mary has been involved in the Nashua community over the years helping with youth hockey, serving as treasurer of the Nashua South High School Athletic Boosters, and serving as Nashua Ward 9 Clerk for city elections. In her spare time, she enjoys camping with her husband Dick and quilting.

Michael J. Fontaine - CEO

Mike joined Welts, White & Fontaine in 1985. He is a director, managing partner and shareholder of the firm. For over 35 years, Mike has zealously devoted himself to representing clients in the areas of divorce and family law, personal injury, worker's compensation, and contract and collection disputes. Mike is licensed to practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, both in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. Mike is also a member of the Family Law Section and Worker's Compensation Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association. Additionally, he has been a speaker at Continuing Legal Education Seminars for attorneys and paralegals and provides legal seminars to clients and other interested parties. Mike is a graduate of Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts where he earned a Bachelor of Arts and Masters Degree and earned his Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri. On a personal level, Mike believes in giving back to the community and to charity. In that regard, he has served on many boards. Mike served on the Board and as a past President of the Police Athletic League (PAL), the Paralegal Advisory Board at Rivier College, on the Board and as a past President of the Amherst Patriots Youth Football and Cheer Program, on the Board and as a past President of the Loon Mountain Freestyle Ski Team, and as Town Coordinator for the Hollis Babe Ruth Baseball Organization. Mike has served as a coach for Cal Ripken and Babe Ruth baseball teams. Mike currently serves on the Board for the Cobbetts Pond Improvement Association in Windham, New Hampshire. He has also assisted in several fundraising events for youth sports and school academic programs. Mike enjoys living in and participating in many of the activities of the Nashua and New Hampshire community. He is an avid skier and road cyclist. Molly McCreery

Molly McCreery joined Welts, White & Fontaine in 2023. Molly's area of practice is primarily domestic relations. Prior to joining the firm, Molly was an associate attorney at a boutique law firm in Massachusetts, where she focused her practice on family law matters, including alimony, child custody, guardianship, child support, divorce, and post-judgment modifications. Molly is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and handles both New Hampshire divorce matters and Massachusetts divorce matters. She is a graduate of New England Law | Boston. Molly graduated summa cum laude from Rivier University, where she received a bachelor's degree in Business Management. Molly was raised in Greenville, New Hampshire and lives in Nashua. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her family. Practice Areas: General Civil Litigation

Nicole Fontaine Dooley

Nicole Fontaine Dooley joined the firm in 2022 to assist companies of various sizes with commercial litigation, as well as individual clients in the firm's family law department. Before joining Welts, White, and Fontaine, P.C., Nicole was a litigation Counsel at Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale & Dorr, LLP in Boston, Massachusetts, where she focused her practice on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. Nicole has experience working on intellectual property litigations involving patents, trade secrets, and trademarks, as well as on other types of commercial litigation, including construction and dealership disputes. She was named to the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list in 2021 and 2022. Nicole graduated summa cum laude from Boston College Law School, where she was the Executive Articles Editor to the Boston College Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Community Health and French from Tufts University. Nicole is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She also had the honor of working on a case argued before the U.S. Supreme Court. She was raised in Hollis, New Hampshire and currently lives in Windham with her husband and two young children. In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, and keeping up with her French. Practice Areas: Business Litigation

Robert B. Welts

Bob was past President of the Nashua Bar Association and was awarded its highest honor, the Lifetime Achievement Award, in 2009. Bob was also former Chairman of the Nashua Zoning Board of Adjustment and a former member of the Nashua Board of Aldermen. Bob, an avid runner, was a longtime member of Gate City Striders. He continued running road races into his late eighties, including several events at the National Senior Games in both road racing and track and field divisions.

Sean M. Davidson

Sean joined Welts, White & Fontaine in 2022 and practices in the areas of estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and guardianships. Prior to joining the firm, Sean was an associate attorney at a local Nashua law firm where he worked on estate planning, probate, and guardianships, in addition to criminal defense and family law matters. Prior to that, he practiced at a regional firm specializing in Medicaid Law. Sean is a local professor at Southern New Hampshire University where he teaches several law-related classes. Sean earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law. While he attended law school, he worked at the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office in the Charitable Trusts Unit. In addition to his law degree, Sean holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Justice Studies. Sean is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of New Hampshire. Originally from Hollis, Sean resides in Manchester with his dog and cat. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and spending time with his family, who live locally. Sean is an avid soccer fan and player, having played for over 25 years and coached several youth teams while in law school. Practice Areas: Trusts & Estates

Veronica L. Hamilton

Veronica Hamilton has been with Welts, White & Fontaine, P.C. since September 1996. She is the Collection Manager and primary client liaison for the Collection Department. Veronica is a member of the Paralegal Association of New Hampshire, and an integral part of our collection software implementation and training team. She attended Keene State College and has more than ten years of prior banking and collection experience. She lives in the Nashua area with her three children.
