Caroline recently graduated from the San Diego State University with a degree in business and entrepreneurship. She has gained an extensive aviation customer service experience over her past four summers with the company and will be in charge of all CSR related aspects and rebuilding the of Sound's charter-booking department.

Situated on the South Fork of Long Island, NY, Sound Aircraft Services has been providing the Hampton's with friendly, professional ground handling and fuel service with a personal touch since 1990.
Liam has lived locally in East Hampton his entire life. He began work at Sound in 2022 working as a technician and a customer service representative, then worked his way up to become the supervisor of our great team.

Robin is assisting our accounting department with all the backend tasks that help our company run as smoothly as it does. She has a degree in accounting and has been a lifelong Montauk resident.

Steve has been operating Sound Aircraft Services since 1990, trained and guided many former staff members who have taken on successful careers in aviation, and has been essential in turning the East Hampton Airport into what it is today. Steve holds a B.S. in Aviation Technology from the well-known Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL.
