As Company Secretary and Accounts Manager Charlotte is in control of the commercial side of the business. Dealing with day to day financials and HR.

Daniel has 20 years experience, within the M&E industry. With previous senior management experience in both Pre-Construction and Operations, in ultimately delivering major iconic London projects of up to £27,000,000 in Mechanical and Electrical Value.
Having this broad overview allows him to have a wealth of knowledge taken from his operational and technical background, this enabling him to be diverse with his approach to his clients helping them engineer as a collaborative approach the correct tailored solution to secure work, whilst identifying project key risks and opportunities. Daniel equally has an established background in working directly for a major Main Contractor which also helps him thoroughly understand what our clients both need and expect.

Danny has joined Mectric as our Projects and Maintenance Contract Manager with over 20 years experience in the commercial sector delivering management of FM Engineering. Danny has managed contracts relating to Universities, Schools, Commercial and Residential Properties as well as Shopping Centres. Whilst Danny is Electrically biased he has gained all round knowledge of HVAC and Mechanical trades which is key to providing our clients the best service.

Ian joined us in 2023 with over 25 years experience in the Electrical Industry. Ian also has gained over the last decade, experience in Mechanical packages and has often run M&E projects ranging from Commercial, Banking, Critical Environments & Retail sectors. Ian brings to the business a can-do attitude and has a proven track record of delivering projects with tight deadlines. Ian also enjoys mentoring PMs, Supervisors and Engineers into making the next step in their careers

Jess joined Mectric in 2019 as an estimator with over 20 years experience propriety renovation, his abilities to streamline procedures and analyse tenders have lead to MSL providing accurate costings.
His progression is a testament to his hard work and dedication to everything he does.
Martin formed Mectric Solutions back in 2006, from here it has grown in to a market leading M&E company, doubling turnover year on year and still delivering the high quality which he demands. A wealth of knowledge owing to 20 years of industry experience, his role as Technical Services Director means he is the one stop shop for any technical query which arises; from design all the way down to site level engineering.

Megan joined Mectric in August 2022 following previous role in administration. Learning a new role within procurement and is assisting in purchasing materials for sites.
Nick became a part of the team in 2019 as a junior estimator, but quickly proved his abilities to analyse detailed tenders and provide accurate costings. His progression is a testament to his hard work and dedication to everything he does, this has paid off with a number of large project wins for our clients.
Nicole joined Mectric in October 2022 learning the family business! Alongside studying business at college Nicole is also gaining administration experience.

Sarah joined Mectric in 2018 following her role as a Commercial Manager in retail with experience in cost saving, managing budgets and raising work orders. Starting as a Project Administrator/Buyer also assisting with small works such as call outs and maintenance works, Sarah has now progressed into Procurement Manager with her gained experience and is continuing her learning and development.
Tim joined Mectric in 2013 pushing the company to new found heights. Coming in as Project director; his management experience has become an essential part of the companies growth and expansion. Tim's insight and knowledge of delivering quality work within a tight programme has meant Mectric are the go to contractor for a number of returning clients.
