Christina is an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute and is joint Secretary of the Irish Institute. Christina has worked as a company secretary in both a domestic and international setting with PwC Ireland and PwC Law, Canada. Upon her return to Ireland, she joined Flutter Entertainment plc, as a Company Secretarial Assistant.
Claire is a Fellow of the Institute and is currently Director of Governance Services at Indigo Independent Governance. Claire supports a wide range of organisations and boards with their corporate governance and company secretarial needs. Claire is passionate about promoting good governance, in particular the importance of diversity and inclusion at the board level and throughout an organisation.

Garry started his professional life in offshore finance with Coopers & Lybrand in 1983 and he has now worked in the Trust and Company management arena for almost 40 years. During his career, Garry has held board positions at several local trust companies and he also spent six years living and working in Bermuda.
It was while Garry was working with Bank of Bermuda in Hamilton in 2004 that he was elected as a Fellow of the Institute. In 2017, Garry established a dedicated single private family office in St Helier and he now works exclusively for his client family.

Jane is Company Secretary of Lincolnshire Co-operative Ltd and heads up the legal function. She qualified as a solicitor in 1986 after studying law at the London School of Economics. She initially worked in private practice specializing in commercial property and general commercial matters. Having moved in house she joined Plymouth Co-operative as deputy company secretary and then came to Lincolnshire to take up her current role in 2005. She gained an MBA from the University of Warwick in 2005 studying part-time, subsequently qualifying as a chartered secretary and is now a fellow of the Governance Institute.

Juan Moore has been an associate member of the Chartered Governance Institute since 2004, and a Fellow since 2017. He has extensive experience within the Trust and Company Service Provider sector where he worked for in-excess of twenty years. Juan more recently worked 6 years as CEO of the Law Society before establishing his own governance and compliance consultancy company, Resolute Consultancy Limited. Marvia Williams is a Chartered Governance Professional with over 24 years in practice in private and publicly listed companies. Prior to launching her private practice, She served as Senior Corporate Secretary of the GraceKennedy Group, and before then as Group Assistant Company Secretary and Registrar for the Lascelles de Mercado Group of Companies.
Through her work on the Jamaica Rum Geographical Indications Task Force and her management of the Lascelles De Mercado Trademark portfolio of over 40 entities, Marvia has gained significant experience in Trademarks protection and monitoring.
Having served as Company Secretary for a diverse range of entities including regulated entities, public companies and Groups of Companies, she prides herself on ensuring regulatory compliance in the companies within her portfolio.
Marvia is currently the Secretary of the Jamaica Branch of the CGI and has served in this capacity since 1995.

Richmond Davies is the secretary of the Scottish branch of the Chartered Governance Institute. He graduated as a chartered secretary in 2001 via the MSc collaborative course. Siobhan MBA, FCG, FHEA, Cert Ed is Head of the Department of Accountancy, Finance and Economics at the University of Lincoln where many of the Branch activities were held until recently. She joined as a member of the Institute in 1987. Siobhan has been a career academic except for a brief spell with HMRC. She gained an MBA at The University of Manchester in a joint initiative with the University of Wales.
Siobhan has been Chair of the East Midlands Branch since its inception in September 2017 and was motivated to start the branch as there had been no existing branch in the East Midlands for many years. This coincided with the development and subsequent launch of the MSc Governance with Grad CGI programme at the University of Lincoln (September 2018) which Siobhan helped initiate.

As Standard Bank Stockbroking Jersey Limited, the fixed income team continued to develop a strong reputation within the Island, becoming a prominent presence.
