Heather holds her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation, as well as Group Benefits Associate (GBA), Retirement Plans Associate (RPA), and Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) designations through Dalhousie University. She is recognized as one of the top agents in Canada for the Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan. As the fourth generation of the Doucett family to provide personal insurance and business insurance in Eastern Ontario, she is passionate about her role in the community.

Jennifer brings 15 years of customer service experience to Doucett Insurance. Her experience in the home, auto, and group insurance industries give her a unique set of skills and knowledge from which her clients benefit. Jennifer's clients rely on her to educate and inform them about the intricacies of insurance plans. She provides solid guidance and peace of mind through experience and approach to planning.
