Bo leads the acquisitions practice for Greenstone. He has been involved in 10 million square feet of office and mixed use properties in Atlanta and throughout the Southeast United States. His previous Atlanta office properties include Concourse, One-Ninety-One Peachtree Tower, Perimeter Center, Three Ravinia, Mansell Overlook, The Pinnacle and 3630 Peachtree among others.
Bo has a passion to optimize workforce productivity by creating extraordinary workplace environments. His focus is to deliver attractive economic results for Greenstone investment partners.
Bo's organization involvements include: Urban Land Institute (ULI) , and is a board member of the Atlanta chapter of National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
Bo is a graduate of The University of Delaware.

With decades of commercial real estate experience, Chris joined De Little in forming Greenstone after partnering with him at Pope & Land Enterprises, Inc. Acting as company secretary, Chris also directs all office marketing and administration, including accounting, property management and human resources. She holds her Georgia real estate license and is currently studying for her Real Property Administrator designation.
Chris Schoen has worked in the real estate industry for over 30 years, concentrating most of his experience on the development, leasing and management process. He brings to Greenstone an exceptional understanding of the development process, the effective and quality of leasing and management activities from all technical aspects and relationships created in the Atlanta real estate community and throughout the United States. Prior to Greenstone, Chris was the CEO of Barry Real Estate Companies, and previously worked with world-renowned architect John Portman. Chris is a graduate of the architectural program at Auburn University and earned a PMD degree from Harvard Business School.
Chris has worked in the real estate industry for 25 years and uses his expertise to focus on value creation via the leasing, marketing, development, purchase, sale, master planning and management of commercial real estate. Prior to joining Greenstone, Chris Scott focused on office tenant representation, with both CRESA Partners and Trammell Crow. Earlier in his career, he worked for Staubach Retail Services focusing on retail tenant representation. Chris received a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Georgia.
David leads Greenstone's efforts in retail and restaurant development throughout the Southeast. As part of this focus, he maintains relationships with strategic retailers and restaurant users. David, also manages the entire development cycle from identifying sites, to obtaining required permits and entitlements, and overseeing project construction through delivery. Prior to joining Greenstone, David was the site selection director for a small retail developer, focusing on single-tenant and small multi-tenant centers. Previously, David worked for Racetrac focusing on real estate acquisition, disposition and a sale-leaseback program. David received a Bachelor of Science from The University of Alabama.
Harvey's current responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the development process including overall tenant coordination, communication and interaction, lease and other project document negotiation, interface with all municipal authorities (including incentives procurement), site selection including due diligence and acquisition, selection, contracting and supervision of all project design, construction and engineering team members, financing arrangements, equity partner communication, as well as overall budget accounting and reporting. Prior to joining Greenstone, Harvey was with Barry Real Estate Companies. Harvey received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Architectural concentration from the University of Kansas.

Prior to joining Greenstone Properties in September 2011, Kelly worked with Chris Schoen at Barry Real Estate Companies from 1998 to 2011. Kelly graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Science in Management.
Les Lewis manages Greenstone's efforts in retail and restaurant markets, including both single-tenant and multi-tenant. He maintains relationships with key retailers and restaurant users. Key activities include site research, business development, coordinating design efforts, facilitating review and approval, obtaining required permits, arranging acquisition & construction financing, and overseeing the development/construction phase through completion and the tenant's opening. Prior to establishing the retail division of Greenstone, Les was the VP of development for Retail Planning Corporation. Les began his career with New Market, transitioning to Director of Leasing at The Sembler Company. He received a Bachelor of Science from Washington & Lee University.
Rob brings has over 25 years' experience in the commercial real estate industry specializing in land sales and pre-development. His key skills include site analysis, feasibility of project and site selection for client base. Prior to joining Greenstone, Rob was with Carter & Associates specializing in land and investment sales brokerage. Rob also worked with Julian LeCraw & Co. and The Columns Group. He received his Bachelor of Business Adminstration from The University of Georgia.
