Our mission is to provide the best environmental standards to the mining industry while extracting the abundant resources of Pennsylvania. We work closely with the regulatory community to assure the mining industry is represented in the development of regulations and policies. (PA DEP, ACOE, EPS, MSHA) Our meetings fulfill the requirements for awarding hours towards the continuing education requirements for Licensed Pennsylvania Professionals... ​Founded in 1980, the Pennsylvania Mining Professionals organization is comprised of a variety of individuals and companies associated with all aspects of the mining industry.
