At Ashoka Restaurant, we recognize the enormous appeal of Indian and Nepalese cuisines to consumers and communities alike. Indian cuisine, with its long history and widespread popularity, is a perennial favorite. However, locating an authentic Indian restaurant outside of India can be a challenge, and finding a good Nepalese restaurant can be even more difficult... In response to this demand, we are proud to be expanding our operations from our original small restaurant in Spuistraat Amsterdam to a nationwide presence throughout the Netherlands. We are actively scouting new locations in several cities, and plan to open at least four new branches by the end of 2025.
