Collins is an experienced financial economist and investment banker with over 11 years in management position with demonstrated history of work in Investment Banking, Non-Bank Financial Services and Academia. He is currently the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Services Integrity Savings and Loans Ltd (SIS&L) and one of the pioneer employees to start the operations of SIS&L. Before this position, Collins worked as a Managing Consultant to Accent Financial Services Limited and Jislah Financial Services Limited. Other positions he has held include General Manager, NDK Asset Management, Head of Research, Gold Coast Securities Ltd. He has also consulted for organizations such as Ghana Co-operative Credit Unions Association Ghana Limited (CUA), Starwin Product Limited(SPL) a quoted company on the Ghana Stock Exchange and Legacy Financial Services and NewCase Capital Limited an Investment Banking Firm. Collins was a member of the Governing Council Board of the Ghana Securities Industry Association (GSIA)-Ghana's Capital Market and chaired the Public Affairs Committee of the Association. He presently serves on the Board of the Ghana Armed Force Provident Fund (GAF-PF) and is a member of the Investment Sub-Committee of the Fund. He contributes to Ghana's economic and investment discussions on CNBC Africa, Bloomberg News, Reuters News Agency, Tv3, GTV, Joy FM, Class FM, Business and Financial Times, Daily Graphic among others. He was an adjunct lecturer at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a visiting lecturer at the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon and an MSc Economics and Financial Economics degree from Warwick University, United Kingdom. He is a Chevening Scholar with a post graduate Certificate in ECONOMETRICS FORECASTING from International Monetary Fund (IMF) Institute, Washington DC - USA with a distinction.

Rear Admiral Issah Yakubu enlisted into the Ghana Armed Forces in 1987. He trained at the Ghana Military Academy as part of Regular Career Course Intake 29, and was commissioned into the Ghana Navy as an Executive Officer in 1991. Subsequently, he had his International Midshipmen and International Sub-Lieutenants Courses at the Britannia Royal Naval College, Dartmouth and the School of Maritime Operations, Portsmouth both in the United Kingdom (UK), from April 1993 to April 1994 and from September 1994 to April 1995 respectively. He was adjudged the best international student on both courses. In 1996, Rear Admiral Yakubu had his Junior Staff Course at the Armed Forces Command and Staff College (AFCSC), Jaji in Nigeria. From 2002 to 2003, he completed his Senior Command and Staff Course at the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College (GAFCSC) Teshie - Accra, where he emerged as the best Naval student. Other courses undertaken by Rear Admiral Yakubu include Naval Staff Course at the Naval War College in Rhode Island, USA in 2005, the International Maritime Operations Course at the Coast Guard Training Centre, Virginia, USA in 2006, the International Disaster Mana gement Course at Resilience Centre of Cranefield University, UK in 2007 and the Naval Command Course at the Naval War College, Rhode Island, USA from July 2015 to June 2016 where he was awarded Honourable Mention for the coveted Rear Admiral Joseph C. Strasser International Leadership Prize. Rear Admiral Yakubu has held various appointments during his career starting with Administrative Officer at the Naval Base Sekondi from February 1991 to October 1992 and Watch-Keeping Officer on board Ghana Navy Ships (GNS), ACHIMOTA and YOGAGA from October 1992 to June 1997 and then as Executive Officer on GNS SEBO from July 1997 to March 1999. During the period on board these three ships, he participated in the military intervention in Liberia and Sierra Leone as part of the ECOWAS Ceasefire Monitoring Group (ECOMOG). Following that, he served as the Officer-in-Charge of the Communications School at the Basic and Leadership Training School at the Naval Base Tema, from March 1999 to April 2000 and as the Officer-in-Charge of Naval Cadet Training at the Regional Maritime Academy (now Regional Maritime University) from April 2000 to January 2001. Afterwards, he was appointed the first Executive Officer of GNS ANZONE in January 2001 and was part of the crew that sailed the Ship from Alaska, USA, on its maiden voyage to Ghana. In September 2003, he proceeded to the United Nations Mission in Ethiopia and Eritrea (UNMEE) as a Military Observer and returned in September 2004 to assume the post of Acting Commanding Officer, Basic and Leadership Training School at the Naval Base Tema. He returned to the Fleet in June 2005 and was appointed Commanding Officer of GNS ANZONE where he served from June 2005 to June 2006. As Commanding Officer of GNS ANZONE, he was instrumental in the arrest of MV BENJAMIN, which was tracking cocaine to Ghana. He was commended for his professionalism and resourcefulness in the Report of the Georgina Woode Committee that investigated the MV BENJAMIN saga. Rear Admiral Yakubu's next appointment was as a Directing Staff at the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College (GAFCSC), Teshie - Accra, Ghana from September 2006 to October 2008, and at the Armed Forces Command and Staff College (AFCSC), Jaji in Nigeria from October 2008 to October 2010. He returned to GAFCSC as Directing Staff in October 2010 and later appointed as the Acting Chief Instructor of the Naval Faculty from July 2011 to December 2011. He was posted back to the Fleet and appointed Commanding Officer of Ex-German Navy Warship, which was later named GNS YAA ASANTEWAA in December 2011 and he subsequently sailed the ship as its first Commanding Officer from Germany on its maiden voyage to Ghana. In November 2012, he was posted to the Naval Headquarters where he initially served as the Director Naval Administration till July 2015 and then as the Acting Chief Staff Officer from July 2016 to April 2017. He was promoted to the substantive rank of Commodore and appointed substantive Chief Staff Officer in May 2017. He served in that capacity till August 2019 when he was appointed Ghana's Defence Attaché-designate to London, UK. Rear Admiral Yakubu was appointed Chief of Staff at the General Headquarters of the Ghana Armed Forces from 18 February 2020 to 5 February 2021 when he assumed the helm as Acting Chief of the Naval Staff based on the appointment by the President of the Republic and Commander-in-Chief of the Ghana Armed Forces. He was confirmed as the 18 th Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS) by the President on 4 March 2021. In the course of his career, Admiral Yakubu has been awarded for several accomplishments and also honoured with several medals including commemorative medals and those attained on International Peace Support Operations such as the ECOWAS Ceasefire Monitoring Group in Liberia (ECOMOG) and with the United Nations Mission in Ethiopia and Eritrea (UNMEE) among others. Admiral Yakubu holds a Master of Arts Degree in International Relations from the Salve Regina University, USA and a Post-graduate Diploma in Public Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. He is an avid researcher and has authored numerous papers on maritime security and strategy. He is Co-Author and Co-Editor of the official history of the Ghana Navy titled "History of the Ghana Navy: A Case for a Credible Naval Force for National Development".

Mr. John Dzandu

John Kwasi Dzandu is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with over thirty-two (32) years' working experience across various sectors/industries including the Civil Service of Ghana, Management Consultancy and the Financial Services; the last fourteen (14) years being in the Financial Services Sector in Ghana where he held various management positions. John is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting from the University of Ghana Business School, having obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same university. Additionally, he holds a Chartered Diploma in Oil & Gas Accounting from ICAG. John is very skillful in Strategy Development and Implementation, Financial Reporting, and is an excellent trainer/coach, and a self-motivated professional. Mr. Dzandu started his professional career with Coopers & Lybrand, now PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Before joining Services Integrity Savings & Loans Ltd (SIS&L), he worked for a number of organizations including: African Ground Operations (Af.G.O.) now Aviance Ghana, CDC Consult Ltd, Initiative Development (I.D.) Ghana. He was also a part-time lecturer at the Institute of Professional Studies (IPS) now University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) and worked at Opportunity International Savings & Loans Ltd (OISL) and BEIGE Capital Savings & Loans - the predecessor organization to the defunct BEIGE Bank.

Lord M. Dery is a very experienced, dedicated and focused IT professional with a very strong technical background and vast experience in the banking industry. He is currently the Head of Information Technology (IT) Department at Services Integrity Savings and Loans Ltd. (SIS&L). Prior to his appointment at SIS&L, Lord M. Dery worked with the National Investment Bank Ltd. for thirteen (13) years, where he held different roles in the IT Department including IT Officer, Head of Applications Unit, Deputy Head of IT Department, and Acting Head of IT Department. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi-Ghana; an International Executive Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from Paris Graduate School of Management, France; a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA); and an Intermediate Associateship Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana. Lord M. Dery has a very rich experience in software development and management of IT related projects having developed several software solutions including Payroll, Human Resource, Fund Manager, Microfinance solutions etc. and implemented Core Banking Solutions (CBS) including TEMENOS T24 CBS and TEKSOL Prime 5 CBS.

Mr. Thomas Fraser Kwashie Senya is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, U.K. and also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. His more than 30 years professional career spanned both the public service and the private sector. He held senior management positions in the Controller and Accountant General's Department, Shell Ghana Limited, Kingdom Transport Services and Fabi Timbers Limited. He is currently the General Manager responsible for Finance and Administration in Micheletti and Company Limited; a position he has held for the last ten years. He has skills and managerial experience in both Public and Private Sector Finance and Accounting, Business Process Improvement, Procurement and Human Resources. He served on the Board of Shell Ghana Limited as Company Secretary and later as a Director. He also served on the Governing Councils of the Institute of Professional Studies (now University of Professional Studies, Accra) and St Francis College of Education. He also served on the Board of Directors of State Housing Company Ltd and briefly as the Acting Managing Director. He has served in the Executive Committee of the Kodzi-Deta Development Union for the last forty (40) years first as a founding General Secretary and now the President since 2012. He has since November 2018 been serving on the Board of Directors of Services Integrity Savings and Loans Ltd as a Non-Executive Director.

Edem Yankson, Esq. is the Head of Human Resources and Administration. She has several years work experience and success in the areas of Strategic Human Resource Management and Corporate Governance. She is a qualified lawyer and a member of the Ghana Bar Association. Her work experience spans from the telecommunication industry through the financial services industry and other conglomerate of businesses. In her previous roles, Edem managed a Change Management Project that impacted positively on employee engagement and also resulted in creating a performance driven culture at the workplace.
