Alfred is Specialist Finance. He has been interested in horti business for more than 30 years. He specialises in financing greenhouse nurseries. He has gained broad experience as a business banker (advisor and finance expert). Alfred is always on the lookout for the best financing structure for each horti business. Listening carefully to the entrepreneur and giving honest advice are paramount. Together you arrive at the best solutions. Once an entrepreneur has a good financial plan, they can get on with what they do best: running a business and putting their vision and strategy into practice in their company.

Arthur is a partner at YEALD and active as a broker and appraiser in horti business. Arthur grew up at a greenhouse horticulture company and studied at the Higher Agricultural School, after which he started his career at a renowned real estate agency in the greenhouse horticulture sector. During his career Arthur has brought together many different buyers and sellers, which has resulted in various purchase and sales transactions of land, greenhouse horticulture companies, as well as reconstruction projects.

Hans is one of the partners at YEALD and is in charge of our Leadership service line. He is an experienced manager with over 35+ years of experience in change management, business development and projects. Hans is a real go-getter, always aiming to make results tangible. Whether quantifiable results, such as turnover and profit growth, increasing customer satisfaction and explicit cost reduction or qualitative results, for example by realizing and guaranteeing desired cultural changes. His drivers? Establish a culture of celebrating successes (no matter how small they sometimes might be) as well as bringing back drive and happiness to the work place.

Harald is Director of M&A at YEALD with 20+ years of international experience in Finance and M&A. He started his carreer as a certified public accountant at an international accountancy firm and has a long track record in the commercial business world.
He has worked for several international companies in Finance and M&A. In the past seven years, Harald has successfully completed many M&A transactions in the horti business. At YEALD, Harald provides international financial expertise and is also in charge of overseeing all M&A processes.
Jerry's roots are in the beating heart of horticulture in the Netherlands. A born gardener's son who first set out to explore the international world of hospitality by studying at Hotelschool The Hague. After various experiences abroad, Jerry decided to deepen his financial knowledge by following a Master's degree in Finance at Nyenrode Business University and a postgraduate degree in Business Valuation at Erasmus Business University. Jerry is registered as a Register Valuator in the Dutch Register of Register Valuators. This allows him to help entrepreneurs with complex valuation issues.
Jerry has gained his experience over the past 12 years with merger and acquisitions within the SME and mid-market segment, both internationally strategic and Private Equity. The common denominator in this is that Jerry mainly gets energy from helping entrepreneurs with strategic opportunities which are not part of their daily core business.
Lars graduated from the Rotterdam School of Management, with an MSc. Strategic Management. After his one-year period in a financial function at Schiphol Airport, he came to the conclusion that the (international) horti business is the environment where he can realize his ambitions for the customer, YEALD and himself.
Raised in the region Westland, Lars has already seen a lot of the (international) horti business over the past few years. This helps him to make the right development within YEALD. Lars is an energetic and initiating team player who values strong relationships to take each other to the next level.
Mathijs is an accountant and has more than ten years of experience in accountancy and tax consultancy. He enjoys working with numbers and dealing with tax issues. This affinity combined with his knowledge helps the entrepreneur and the enterprise reach the speck on the horizon.
Mathijs communicates clearly and to the point and likes to keep his agreements. YEALD is growing and Mathijs's talents contribute to the further professionalisation that is essential for this growth.
Melanie studied Business Administration and agri-foodbusiness where she learned a lot about the different sectors within horticulture. Melanie works as an Analyst for YEALD and is also completing a MSc. in Finance and Investments at the Rotterdam School of Management.
Having a strong affinity with the horticulture sector from a young age, she has seen various parts of the value chain from the inside. Melanie is an enthusiastic, critical team player who constantly strives for the best collaboration within the team and with the entrepreneurs.

- Strategy and Finance Specialist
Mitchel is a Strategy and Finance Specialist at YEALD. He has over eight years of experience at the Rabobank as a finance specialist and relationship manager in the Food & Agri segment. With a Master's degree in management from the Nyenrode Business University, Mitchel continues to grow and develop. His knowledge of finance will make him a valuable asset at YEALD in realizing the growth ambitions of companies.
Peter grew up in both the Netherlands and France. Thanks to this he has an international outlook on the world. Peter studied International Business in Groningen along with a double-degree at the KEDGE Business School Bordeaux. During this time, he worked in private banking at ABN AMRO MeesPierson and actively contributed to the sale of his parents' company. This was his first experience with M&A and piqued his interest. After completing the MSc Finance & Investments at the Rotterdam School of Management, it was a logical step to strengthen the YEALD M&A team so that he can guide people during an important phase in their life, namely the sale, or expansion, of their company.
Puck is a Associate M&A at YEALD and is exceedingly driven to bring the (international) horti business to a higher level. He is active within the multiple facets of YEALD to be able to apply the acquired knowledge from his study "International Agri-Business and Food Chain Management" as quickly as possible. In addition to theoretical knowledge, Puck also has a broad practical (international) knowledge of the sector because he has been active in the greenhouse horticulture sector from an early age. With his fresh perspective, he can help you realize challenges in your company.

Robin is partner at YEALD: "As an entrepreneur my goal is to drive horti business to a new successful era by professionalizing and maturing businesses."
Robin's specialties are strategy, M&A and finance. Prior to joining Yeald, Robin was a business banker and M&A professional in hortibusiness for 16 years and he has also worked as an independent international Business Consultant. He has extensive experience and a track record in M&A and Finance and due to his roots in hortibusiness is a solid strategy expert and counterpart.
Sanne grew up among the greenhouses in the Westland area. Next to her work for YEALD, she studies Finance and Investments (Msc.) in Rotterdam and her goal is to graduate in the summer of 2024. Through this combination, Sanne combines her personal background in horticulture with her studies and hands-on work in M&A and Finance.
