Barry Cooper

With a BEng(hons) in Mechanical Engineering, Nebosh NGC, Barry is passionate about the wide ranging benefits of effective Project Management to organisations and has a wealth of experience of working from shop floor to board room with practical solutions underpinned by effetive training. Having worked in wide array of project manager roles and Head of Projects on projects up to $350m value, Barry began delivering APM accredited training with 2020 project management 5 years ago and has a mean average customer feedback score of 31/35. A Member of the APM since 2002 and a fellow of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management he is Treasurer for the North East and Cumbria Branch, having helped to establish it in 2018.

Bronte Couzens

Chloe Mora

Dog lover and life-long rock chick, Chloe Mora joined 20/20 in June 2022 as Financial Controller. With over 20 years' experience in this area, she has set up and efficiently runs the Finance function of the company. She oversees all customer and supplier accounts, runs payroll, and manages the cash whilst producing Management Accounts for the board to assist them in their decision-making for the future of the business. Chloe also manages the HR function ensuring standards and compliance are met.

David Coombes

David is a keen hill walker who enjoys black coffee and munching on gingerbread from the Sarah Nelson shop in Grasmere. David joined the team in April 2017. Our senior ChPP Coach and Mentor, David supports individuals who have joined our ChPP Support Programme, guiding them through the preparation of their submissions to become a Chartered Project Professional (ChPP). Since 2017 David has focussed on providing coaching and consultancy to project professionals and works across multiple industry sectors. David became a Fellow of the Association for Project Management in 2019 following recognition of his years of voluntary contributions to the profession. Qualifications & Achievements

David Tweedle

A dab hand in making a DIY mess (then fixing it), David joined the team in September 2021. His main role is to help in designing, developing, and maintaining the eLearning content that 20/20 has to offer. David's first foray into eLearning was helping to create multimedia for supplementary learning for the Royal Canadian Airforce, and since then has worked on other projects within aerospace and automotive industries as well as projects for the military.

Dougie Palmer

Dougie, a petrol-headed adrenaline junkie - who has bungee jumped and skydived - joined the team in January 2020. His main role is delivering Project Management training. Dougie has an RAF background and has worked as a Project Manager in Defence and Defence Procurement for over 40 years. Dougie has also been training people in Project Management skills for over 10 years. Qualifications & Achievements

Gemma Pegler

A self-confessed cat lover and mum of one (two including Nala, the cat), Gemma joined the team in January 2017. Her role consists of supporting the Director of Sales and Marketing in the delivery of the Sales & Marketing Strategy. Gemma is also the Employee Elected Trustee for 20/20 and is currently undertaking a Team Leader Apprenticeship with Fareport Training. Qualifications & Achievements

Gemma Watts

Travel lover and self-proclaimed foodie, Gemma Watts joined the 20/20 team in April 2021 as our Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator. In April 2023 Gemma moved into the Business Development Executive role, and her key responsibilities now include creating, developing and maintaining client relationships to drive sales in line with personal and business targets. During her time at 20/20 Gemma has completed the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification, and is currently undertaking the Foundation Certificate in Digital Marketing by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). George Cameron

George began his 20/20 career as a Facilitator before becoming Training Manager, Associate Director for Learning & Development, and now Director of Learning & Development, overseeing development & delivery of classroom and virtual classroom learning products and environments. Graham Chapman

As a keen musician, Graham plays a variety of instruments including keyboards, guitar, trumpet and saxophone and has performed with several bands over the years and has even once performed in the Royal Albert hall. Graham is a founder member of 20/20 and is the Director of Learning & Development function which involves ensuring 20/20's Virtual, eLearning & Classroom programme's deliver an exceptional learning experience to our wide variety of clients. Jonelle Salter

Better known as "ninja mum" for her love and practice of martial arts, Jonelle joined the team in August 2017. She is a Facilitator of the PMQ, PFQ, Project Controls, ECITB Senior Supervisor Program and Introduction to Project Management courses. Jonelle is a mechanical engineer by trade and has also achieved her Certificate in Learning and Development Practice from the CIPD in 2011. Qualifications & Achievements

Kelly Milne

3rd in the UK Line Dancing Championships, Kelly joined 20/20 in January 2017 in the role of Learning and Development Co-ordinator responsible for all course bookings from initial contact to final examinations. Kelly is now part of the Business Development team in the position of Events and Systems Lead. Her main role is to implement the public and in-house course schedule and maximise facilitators and subcontractor's occupancy level to ensure cost effectiveness while maintaining quality. Peter Benton

A working project manager for over 30 years, Peter has worked in the upstream oil and gas industry as well as in other sectors. He has served on the Aberdeen committee of the APM since its inception and has participated in the ECITB's Project Management Steering Group for several years. Peter has held project management, departmental management and operational roles and recently has been contributing to academic research in the field of project management. Phil previously worked for the ECITB for 6 years before joining 20/20 Project Management Training.

Rachel Scott

As a netballer, one time London Marathon Runner and keen sports enthusiast, Rachel joined the team in January 2021. Rachel previously spent 6 years working for British Athletics before joining 20/20 Project Management. Her main role is to lead the Customer Services Team in ensuring the smooth and effective service to all our customers and clients. Terry Stone

Terry is an ECITB registered Assessor and Internal Quality Verifier for qualifications in Project Controls, Design & Draughting and Mechanical Completion and carries out assessments and IQA's to a number of learners in a range of industries, working closely with the training centres and colleges to provide appropriate feedback to allow timely completion. Terry also sits on the ECITB Qualifications and Awards Committee and has been involved in updates to the ECITB Project Controls and Design & Draughting RQF's.

Tina Gell

A lover of all things liquorice, the saltier the better, and 2 times Moonwalk participator Tina joined the 20/20 team in August 2022. Her main role is to support the Financial Controller with the day to day finance tasks. Tina previously worked 6 years in a similar role for a training company before joining 20/20. Tina is born and educated in Denmark to the equivalent of UK A levels.

Tom Vincent - CEO

A fitness enthusiast, Tom has completed 2 Ironman triathlons and is always in search of the next endurance test. He joined the team in 2014 as a Business Development Manager before being promoted in 2018 to Director of Sales and Marketing. In 2021 Tom took over as Chief Executive Officer of 20/20 Business Insight Limited. He account manages a number of large corporate clients whilst also engaging with key partners such as the Association for Project Management, the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board, The Institution of Civil Engineers and ASPECT. He is the CEO of 20/20 Business Group which consists of our UK and US operating companies and our Intellectual Property holding company.
