Gavin joined T. Bailey in 2010 after spending over 3 years at the Bank of New York in both the Financial Reporting and Valuations departments. Gavin oversees the Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting and Transfer Agency functions at T. Bailey using his experience and knowledge to satisfy the needs of a wide spectrum of investment managers. Gavin graduated from the University of Teesside in 2003 with a first class honours degree before spending 4 years in the Channel Islands at Northern Trust in the Central Accounts Unit. His qualifications include ACCA finalist, CAT, IFRS and IAQ.

Marcus joined T. Bailey in 2013, bringing with him eight years of Compliance experience, much of which was gained heading up the Compliance Departments of two national retail stockbroking firms. He is responsible for managing the firm's approach to operational risk and is an integral part of the firm's Operations Committee (OpsCom) and Client Money Committee (CASSCom). Marcus is also the firm's Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), overseeing the firm's adherence to anti-money laundering rules and legislation to combat financial crime.

Mike joined T. Bailey in July 2013 having spent over twenty years managing IT services and infrastructure across industries in office equipment, point of sale, print and virtual reality. Mike has overseen a programme of changes to the infrastructure by migrating all essential services to a chosen cloud provider which ensures a safe and secure platform from which to operate and develop for the future. Mike works with all the teams to ensure data security, IT policies and regulatory guidelines are documented and followed in line with business needs.
