Chrysoula joined Arenko in 2018 as a Project Manager to manage the construction one of the first battery energy storage systems entered in the balancing mechanism in the UK. She now leads the Project Services team as the Director of Projects, delivering battery energy storage projects from development throughout to construction, commissioning and asset management as well as the procurement and installation of our hardware.
Chrysoula brings project management combined with engineering background in renewables and battery energy storage sector. She holds an outstanding track-record of delivering numerous projects to the required quality, timeline and budget and have been instrumental in streamlining and improving engineering processes, enhancing productivity, and implementing technical solutions.
Chrysoula is adept at fostering long-term client relationships and determining cost-effective solutions to design, process or regulatory issues. She is passionate about building up her team members and creating a collaborative environment where everyone is valued.

- Senior Engineering Leader
Dan is a dedicated Senior Engineering Leader specialising in large-scale Data Transformation. He is passionate about building and motivating world-class development teams; real-world Agile practices and structuring for success.
He has been leading software teams for 15 years, from TV broadcast to Telecoms, more recently leading the Data function at compare the market and Trainline where his teams built products like Auto Sergei, SplitSave and Crowd Alerts.
He joins Arenko after a year at Infogrid, a green-tech startup, and is passionate about using his career to make a positive change in people's lives.
Eddie brings over 18 years' experience working in a variety of senior and board roles in the energy and financial sectors, with an established track record in operational and corporate finance, M&A and capital raising, and managing and growing energy transition businesses. Previously, Eddie worked at ENGIE, the global energy and services company, where he held the position of Finance Director of ENGIE Futures, a £150m revenue UK portfolio of heat networks, electric vehicle charging, and distributed and renewable generation businesses. At ENGIE, he also was a board member for its UK onshore wind and solar assets, and helped develop greenfield investment opportunities.
Prior to ENGIE, Eddie was a director in the investment bank at Barclays, where he led and executed M&A and capital raising transactions in public and private markets focusing on power, utilities, renewable energy, regulated networks, and infrastructure. Previously, Eddie also worked in investment banking at Lehman Brothers and Nomura.
Eddie holds a Master of Studies in Sustainability Leadership (MSt) from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Laws (BCom LLB) from the University of New South Wales. Eddie qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in London.

Krishan joined Arenko in 2022 to lead the finance team, primarily focusing on building and leading a high-performing team to enable strategic and sustainable growth.
Krishan has 15 years of experience working in high-quality finance teams in various industries including Bio-Tech, Financial Services, Data Centres, Real Estate and Audit. He is well versed in creating C-Suite reporting and is central to the leading FP&A, Group Financial Control and external statutory reporting.
Krishan qualified as an Association of Chartered Certified Accountant whilst working in industry after graduating from Brunel University studying Financial Computing.
Mike joined Arenko in 2016 and delivered one of the first commercially operating grid-scale battery energy storage systems in the UK and provided the governance for all operational aspects to enable successful project delivery.
Mike brings over twenty-five years of operational management experience in the technology sector having previously worked in the semiconductor, high voltage, and electrical infrastructure industries. He has worked with multi-regional clients and suppliers to manage a global install base delivering operational success through sales and operations planning, programme management and continuous improvement. Mike started his career as an engineer and as such has always been keen to offer innovative solutions based around technology.
Mike is responsible for operational delivery and business support at Arenko along with developing the operational strategy for growth and efficiency.
Mike believes that through delivering operational excellence coupled with the team's passion to provide a clean and sustainable energy infrastructure, Arenko will continue to help pave the way to Net Zero.

Oliver is a highly experienced engineering leader with responsibilities including strategic planning, hiring, mentoring, training and line management.
He is well versed in building and scaling engineering teams, creating highly scalable SaaS and IoT products and owning technical vision and strategy within fast-paced start-up, scale up and publicly listed companies.
As Head of Software at Arenko, Oliver leads, champions and supports our world-class software team solving complex problems and building our Nimbus Platform to take us towards a Net Zero Grid.
Previously, Oliver was a founding employee of a tech startup that IPO'd into the FTSE AIM market. Oliver developed the SaaS offering followed by building out the Engineering team - he was key personnel for the public market listing.
Oliver believes in being customer-centric, value-driven, focused, lean, agile and pragmatic whilst facilitating a culture of enablement where teams are empowered and have the freedom to deliver. Oliver holds a PhD in Telecommunications and a 1st Class Honours degree in Computer Engineering.
Roger joined Arenko in 2015 to solve what he sees as one of the greatest challenges facing humanity today: The rapid development of sustainable energy systems. Before joining Arenko, Roger spent three years running his own business in the renewables energy sector. Following this Roger spent three years developing and delivering innovative energy efficiency and renewable integration systems in the UK for a leading global energy company.
As the Chief Technology Officer, Roger heads the design team. The team is driven to develop the best technical solutions to the many challenging aspects associated with the design, installation and operation of energy storage systems. This is done by working closely with strategic partners across industry and academia. This approach has led to Arenko delivering the first behind the meter grid-scale energy storage system to be installed and operated into commercial markets in the UK.
As part of the management team he helps develop and deliver company strategy. Roger believes that the combination of skill set with passion for the core mission at Arenko: to be a world class energy storage business, sets us apart in the industry and will lead to a rapid growth and a positive global impact.

Rupert founded Arenko in 2014 to build a world class energy storage business. He is on the company's Board of Directors and is the Chief Executive Officer.
Rupert leads the growth and direction of the business as well as having overall responsibility for the day to day activities of the company. He trained as an architect, focussing on the integration of renewable energy strategies into building schemes. Prior to creating Arenko, Rupert spent seven years in corporate finance, funding and advising renewables and technology businesses and projects.
Through Rupert's leadership, Arenko is addressing a major commercial opportunity and market need which is fundamental to the long-term sustainability of our energy system and provides long term value to consumers.
Samuel is a seasoned, data-driven technology leader with over two decades of industry experience. He primarily focuses on enhancing business efficiency through the continual simplification of solutions. Driving for the fewest moving parts to achieve operational excellence, where invisible technology is the goal.
Samuel previously, dedicated nine years to Innocent Drinks, spearheading the transformation of its global IT Operation into a highly respected and efficient solutions provider. Allowing the small start-up from Northwest London to grow into a £Bn enterprise. In his role as Head of IT Operations, he oversaw the evolution of all IT functions, managed office builds and relocations across Europe, introduced cutting-edge technologies, and ensured adherence to compliance and security regulations.
As the founder of Sharebee, he nurtured a planet-positive enterprise from its inception. Sharebee operates as a platform dedicated to everyday carbon reduction and community-building among its participants. Samuel has a dive to deliver technology for good to help undo the damage we have cause our planet.
