Clara joined Omar Group in February 2014 from Allen & Page (manufacturers of animal feed) in Norfolk, having worked there as Marketing Manager for the previous four years.
With over 20 years experience in a variety of marketing roles across different business sectors, Clara has a wealth of knowledge in both B2B and B2C marketing. With particular skills in brand management and development, social media, website development, SEO, advertising and PR, and show / event organisation. Clara has vast experience of the full marketing mix and a proven track record for delivering high quality, strategic marcomms across multiple brands.

Darren joined Omar Group as Business Development Director for Regal Leisure Homes in 2021.
With a number of senior sales roles under his belt and having spent time with Sunseeker, Pathfinder, Swift, Atlas and ABI, Darren is a seasoned and well respected professional with nearly 30 years industry experience.

Dean joined Omar in January 2010 and became controlling shareholder in March 2010; he is an experienced hands on business leader with a track record of business improvement.
His background is in manufacturing operations which have included high tech capital goods and luxury FMCG products. He has strong commercial skills having worked in a plc environment, for a quoted US group and in senior management roles for portfolio businesses of Permira the successful private equity house.

Derek joined the group in May 2018 from Taylor Hobson, a £55M turnover instrumentation business, which is part of $4B US quoted group Ametek Inc.
Derek brings with him 30 years of experience in key financial roles with manufacturing enterprises, as well as 7 years' experience working alongside private equity investors. At Taylor Hobson Derek was responsible for finance, HR and the commercial back office. Derek has lead ERP implementation teams, has had significant exposure to M&A activities, due diligence and merging businesses, and has successfully managed cash in a leveraged environment.

Graeme joined the group in October 2018 from Shepherd Neame, Britain's oldest brewer, where he had been Managing Director of the brewery for 4 years. Prior to Shepherd Neame, he held a number of roles with PepsiCo and has over 25 years of commercial experience, across sales, marketing, production and logistics.
Graeme is a seasoned business leader with an exceptional track record in business strategy implementation and negotiation. Delivering strong sales growth, consistently above market and competitor performance, Graeme's tenacity and drive contributed towards the growth of Shepherd Neame.

Karen joined Omar Group in July 2017 from Sepura PLC in Cambridge where she was in a HR leadership role, responsible for approximately 300 people. Prior to this she was with JDR Cable Systems Ltd as Human Resources Manager, managing a team of HR professionals and administrators.
Karen has a strong HR background, and experience in both the UK and the US. Karen has two degrees; English Literature from Jesus College, Cambridge and Maths and Statistics from the Open University.

Lee joined the company on 1 st November 2021 as Sales Director for Omar and Wessex, and leads Omar's customer strategy, ensuring expectations are exceeded in terms of customer experience.
Lee comes with significant commercial experience, most recently having spent 16 years with Heineken UK in a number of senior sales roles, latterly as Wholesale Director. Prior to that, Lee was with Brakes, a food and distribution company supplying food, drink and other products, mainly to the catering industry in the UK.

Lee is well respected in the industry and has over 31 years technical and design experience, much of which was gathered during his two stints at Omar.
Lee originally joined Omar when the group acquired Brentmere Ltd in 1997, he then left the company in 2009 and spent 5 years at Homeseeker as Head of Design and Technical. In 2014 Lee re-joined the Omar team in view of replacing John Hobday-Pepper on his retirement.
Lee has responsibility for all technical aspects of the business, ensuring compliance with both British and European standards for the construction of park and leisure homes. His line of responsibility includes technical projects, the CAD Office and Quality, Lee also represents Omar on the NCC technical panel.

Mike has over 28 years' experience in the industry, working his way up from the shop floor to running the Design,Technical and Development departments at BK Bluebird.
Following on from BK Bluebird, Mike was one of the original team that set up Regal Holiday homes in 2009, and spent the next 11 years as Design Director.
During his time in the industry Mike has won many prestigious design awards.

Nigel Heslington, previously Managing Director for Regal Holiday Homes, joined Omar Group when Regal was acquired by Omar Group in 2020.
Nigel is a trained Chartered Accountant with over 19 years of experience in the caravan holiday home industry. Having gained a breadth of experience in the finance field, Nigel added to this a diverse experience in manufacturing.
Nigel originally joined the industry as the Managing Director of BK Bluebird, and subsequently lead the team that set up Regal Holiday Homes in 2009. His drive and determination ensured the Regal brand name quickly became one of the industry's leading brands.

Peter Williams joined the company as Hull Factory Manager in December 2015 and has proven exceptional management skills, developing the original Hull factory from early beginnings into a successful manufacturing facility.
Peter was an integral part of the team involved in bringing the new production facility in Hull on-line, demonstrating dedication and commitment throughout. Peter is now involved in the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes at the Hull manufacturing facility.
