Bianca Martinez a native Houstonian brings with her over 9 years of experience in the title industry. Bianca's extensive experience range in probate, investments, mergers/acquisitions and foreclosures. Her thorough knowledge, integrity, trust and unparalleled personal service always meet client expectations and needs. She knows buying and selling (residential or commercial) property is one of the largest investments most people make and having the opportunity to apart of that, along with building relationships is her motivation for being apart of the title industry. Paul A. Perez has practiced law since 2005. He provides legal representation to a wide range of individuals, entrepreneurs, businesses and corporate clients.. Paul is a member of the Texas bar. He is also a licensed Realtor and Mortgage Broker. Over the years, Mr. Perez has been in the private practice of law and has been involved in many real-estate transactions representing sellers and buyers. In addition, Paul has been providing mortgage financing since 2001 and has helped hundreds of homeowners with purchase and refinance transactions. Mr. Perez received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice degree from The University of Houston and his Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law. Rachel Luna has been working in the real estate industry since 1998. She initiates, develops and manages our sales department for our Heights location. She has been actively involved in various chapters of the Chamber of Commerce and served and chaired on various committees in organizations within the real estate community. Due to her broad experience, she is often requested to speak to Realtor groups on real-estate related topics. Rachel has received a Bachelor of Business Marketing Degree from The University of Houston and is a native Houstonian. Rachel's characteristic high energy, personal service, knowledge and integrity have given her success and an exceptional reputation.
