She is dedicated to ensuring that residents have seamless and enjoyable living experiences, and works tirelessly to deliver exceptional service. In addition to her professional goals, Alice is an avid triathlete and loves pushing herself to new levels of fitness and endurance. She is excited to take on new challenges and help grow the team in Victoria.

Dana Sattler

Originally from New Plymouth, New Zealand but based in Brisbane for the past 10 years, Dana has been involved in the property industry for over 8 years. During this time she has worked across a variety of roles from Account Manager, Rostering Officer, Real Estate Agent, Settlements Officer (and more), and now has settled into her role as Executive Assistant at ARG. Dana is well known for her exceptional time management and organisational skills that keep Lachie and Ryan, partners at ARG, on track. She is also known for her kind nature and strong ethos to treat people like she would like to be treated, making her an invaluable asset to ARG and its clients. When Dana isn't in the office you will find her getting back to her grassroots by leaving the city behind and immersing herself in nature, whether that be by the beach, camping, exploring a new hiking track, going for a run or taking her furbaby to a local dog beach. She also caters to Brisbane's cheese platter fanatics with her side-hustle, Luxx Graze, where she creates some of the most aesthetically pleasing and ‘grammable platters for all occasions.

Dee Harber

Dee Harber is our National Head of Growth and Partnerships. With 17 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, Dee is highly qualified with an LREA certification in both Queensland and Victoria, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and an ACCREDITED Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Practitioner Cert. Driven by her passion for achieving the highest level of service, Dee leaves no stone unturned in her pursuit of excellence for her clients and our B2B partners. She has a wealth of experience in customer success management, account management, property management training, and learning and development. Having worked for market leaders in Real Estate software and supported agencies across Queensland, NSW, and WA, Dee has developed excellent skills in delivering on-site and online training and implementation. She has also served as a Client Success Manager for Australia's leading Property Management Consultancy and Broker of Real Estate Agencies, where she oversaw training and business consulting across the country. Outside of work, you will find Dee spending time with her family, with two young daughters, and she keeps busy chasing after them. She also enjoys reading (when she has time), exploring her love for food, and being a creative director for an online jeweller in her personal time.

Gretchen Watson

As a mother of a 24-year-old and an almost 8-year-old, Gretchen's personal and professional goals are deeply rooted by her desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those around her. One of her most cherished aspirations is to help as many people as possible purchase a home, whether it's their first home or an investment property. Gretchen's motivation stems from her love of helping people and the immense satisfaction she takes from witnessing their success and happiness. As a mother, she understands the significance of providing a stable and secure environment for one's family, and wants to help others achieve this sense of accomplishment. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, she has developed a high level of knowledge in new construction home and land packages. This expertise, combined with her commitment to outstanding customer service, has allowed her to forge lasting relationships with her clients, many of whom have become dear friends. Guntur Reid

Guntur graduated from the University of Queensland with a dual degree in Civil Engineering and Commerce. He went on to work in civil construction delivering major infrastructure projects across southeast Queensland. Today he's committed to the success of the team members at ARG, and together with business partner Sean, dedicate themselves in providing service to ARG's builder / developer partners and selling channels. Local to Brisbane for the last 20 years, Guntur and wife Kathryn are parents to 3 young beauiful children. He has a keen interest in leadership & business trends, is an avid basketball fan and "wanna be" adventurer.

Jasmine Crooks

Jasmine made her way to the "big smoke" from the town of Gympie in 2010 where she studied a Bachelor of Business (majoring in marketing) at Queensland University of Technology. She completed her degree in early 2014 and then found herself jet-setting halfway across the world to Canada where she lived for 1.5years, immersing herself in the local community, quickly becoming a snowboarding and country music lover. Jasmine then made her way back to Brisbane where she dove straight into her career with a variety of marketing roles across the events, hospitality and now property industry over the past 9 years. She is known by her colleagues for her determination and accountability in any role she takes on, as well as her creative flair that presents itself in her love for photography and videography.

Kerwin Mathews

Kerwin is ARG's Senior Property Strategist and has been part of the company for four years where he has made an immense contribution to the sales team. Kerwin completed his MBA at Southern Cross University and he is a fully licensed real estate agent (LREA) which set him on the path to undertake a magnitude of different positions across the business and sales industry. Kerwin's background spans sales management, operations, hospitality ownership, human resources, and account management, which provides him with a wealth of knowledge across many different areas. He is known by his colleagues for always being transparent and doing the right thing by all his channel partners and buyers. As a local Brisbane man, he holds the advantage of knowing the city well which is evident in the expertise he shares with his clients. And on top of that, he is also fluent in French and Spanish - what can't this man do! When he's not in the office you will find him watching soccer and enjoying bike riding.

Kirsty Jones

Kushla Francis

We are thrilled to introduce our newest Assistant Property Manager, Kushla Francis, who has joined the Property Management team to help manage our Northside portfolio. Nicola has recently joined the ARG team as a Contracts Administrator after making the move back to her hometown after living briefly in Inglestone Qld (West). Nicola has been a proud Brissie local her entire life and has extensive experience in the property industry. Nicola has extensive experience in the property industry which began back in 2008 when she commenced her career, taking on various roles at some of Brisbane's largest land and housing developers. Ranging from an Accounts Clerk and Development Accounts, Sales Professional, New Home Sales Consultant, and a Retail Sales Manager, Nicola's positions over the years have given her a diversified understanding of the property industry, making her a value member to the ARG team. Nicola prides herself on being a highly organized individual who is adept at managing her time. Additionally, she is a people person who enjoys forming great relationships with her team members. Scarlett Corke-Stevenson

Meet Scarlett, a dynamic Assistant Property Manager who has recently made her way here from Christchurch, New Zealand. With a Diploma in Business and prior experience as a Legal Assistant in Property Law, Scarlett brings a unique blend of technical expertise and people skills to her role. Scarlett's personal goal is to step outside of her comfort zone and become more confident in herself, and this is reflected in her approach to work, where she loves meeting new people and building strong relationships. As a landlord herself, she understands the importance of looking after her client's properties and the trust that is placed in them. She strives to make the rental process as smooth as possible for both landlords and tenants and take the stress off their shoulders. Sean Porlier

Originally from Canada and based in Brisbane Australia, Sean has been involved in the property industry for over 25 years; working in a number of direct sales and management roles. He has an extensive knowledge of the residential property market across South East Queensland, and specialises in the sale of quality brand new product including H&L Packages, ready-built houses, townhouses and boutique apartments; as well as land and development opportunities. He's committed to the success of the team members at ARG, and together with business partner Guntur, works closely with providing service to ARG's builder/ developer partners and selling channels.

Sonya Baker

Sonya joined ARG with over 12 years of experience in the residential building and construction industry, working for small family owned companies through to ASX listed Blue Chips. Her experience spans across a variety of roles including Sales and Marketing, Contract Administration, H&L packaging, and Land Acquisitions where she has sharpened her keen eye for detail. Sonya enjoys all aspects of the building process and likes nothing more than seeing clients' goals coming to fruition. Sonya's primary focus at ARG, as Contract Manager, sees her assisting selling partners from EOI right through to settlement. In her personal time Sonya loves to travel (particularly via motorbike) and spend time with her family and friends.

Sophie James

Sophie is ARG's dedicated Property Manager based in Townsville, and with a passion for real estate and helping others, she has hit the ground running as she takes on the ever-growing Townsville portfolio. Sophie holds a Certificate 3 in Business and was awarded the School-based trainee/ Apprentice of the Year at the Queensland Training Awards in 2020 for the Central Queensland region and was a state finalist in QLD. Sophie grew up in Blackwater for 18 years and later moved to Rockhampton to start a career in real estate. She values resilience, persistence, consistency, understanding, and respect and her goal is to continuously develop herself and step out of her comfort zone each day. With strong communication skills, Sophie excels in handling difficult situations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Her ability to adapt to change and stick to tasks is a testament to her dedication and hard work. Stacy Robertson

Stacy started her career in real estate on the ground floor as a receptionist 15 years ago. Throughout her extensive career she has worked with many different agencies running vastly different structures. While working as a consultant (director) she had the pleasure of going in and out of many agencies and speaking with a range of owners and licensees to see what worked and what didn't in the property management field. Prior to her consulting role, she worked in property development. She started in site acquisition and was also part of the build process, with her involvement extending right through to handover and defects. Her skills in this area are exemplary and extensively benefit ARG clients today. Stacy has an incredible devotion to the real estate industry, and this shows in every aspect of her work. She has a very detailed understanding of the legislation and her confident persona allows her to convey this to clients to achieve a positive outcome.
