Alex Caffrey is a Partner at Boundary Companies. His primary responsibilities include investment analysis, portfolio analysis, pipeline development and directing Boundary's market research and investment strategy.
Mr. Caffrey has over 9 years of experience in real estate private equity and investment banking. Prior to joining Boundary, Mr. Caffrey worked in the U.S. Real Estate Fund at The Carlyle Group. While there, Mr. Caffrey focused on real estate opportunities across the country and was responsible for all aspects of the investment process including: acquisitions; dispositions; portfolio management; and asset management.
Mr. Caffrey's previous work experience includes real estate investment banking for Credit Suisse in New York, NY. Mr. Caffrey was recognized by DCA Live as one of the 2020 NextGEN Real Estate Leaders in Washington, D.C. Mr. Caffrey graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Finance and International Business from the George Washington University.

Amanda Magee is a Senior Project Manager at Boundary Construction Experience (BCX). Amanda actively supports all of BCX's projects from programming to project close-out, providing support to ensure that schedules are on track and budget constraints are met.
Ms. Magee has two decades of experience supporting owners and project teams in both new and existing building projects. She has extensive experience in energy-efficiency, sustainability, and high-performance building design. With hands-on field experience as a Commissioning Agent, she has worked extensively in the higher education, government (Federal, State, and local), and laboratory sectors.
Amanda has procurement, contract, and construction administration expertise that includes alternative project financing structures, such as guaranteed energy savings performance contracts. Amanda holds a Master of Architectural Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. She is a licensed Mechanical Engineer in both Connecticut and Rhode Island.
Brendan O'Hare is a Principal at Boundary Companies. His primary responsibilities include investment analysis, transaction execution, pipeline development, asset management, and investment strategy.
Mr. O'Hare has over 5 years of experience in real estate private equity and investment banking. Previously, Mr. O'Hare worked at Artemis Real Estate Partners in Washington, D.C. supporting acquisition and asset management activities across the firm's investment vehicles. While at Artemis, he focused on both stabilized and opportunistic investments across various property types in markets throughout the United States.
Prior to Artemis, Mr. O'Hare worked in the real estate investment banking group at Eastdil Secured. Mr. O'Hare holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

Dan Strotman is the President and Co-founder of Boundary Construction Experience (BCX). Dan is responsible for all of BCX's projects from programming to project close-out, ensuring that the schedule is on track and budget constraints are met. Working directly with clients, architects, general contractors, and consultants, Mr. Strotman works to keep the team focused on meeting the project goals. His experience in the construction industry allows him to provide valuable support to the project team for follow-through and decision-making activities.
Mr. Strotman has over 20 years of experience in project management, design and construction of multi-family residential, commercial and industrial properties. His career experience gives him a strong understanding of development, design, and construction operations, allowing him to lead the entire team. Prior to co-founding BCX, Mr. Strotman managed the Gilbane Building Company's portfolio of General Dynamics projects. Dan's previous experience also includes senior positions at Orr Partners, The Meridian Group, Quadrangle Development and Turner Construction Company.

John Wilkinson is the Managing Partner of Boundary Companies. Mr. Wilkinson oversees Boundary's investment, development, asset management, and organizational activities. Since the inception of the company, Mr. Wilkinson has grown the firm's portfolio by investing in entitlement, vertical development, and existing projects across a range of product types including: industrial; self-storage; market rate and affordable housing; office; and retail assets.
Mr. Wilkinson is an executive in residence and adjunct professor of Real Estate Entrepreneurship at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business in Washington, D.C. and has also served as a guest lecturer for MBA classes at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.

Ryan Fowler is a Partner at Boundary Companies. His primary responsibilities include asset management, property management, and as project manager for several of the company's operating assets and development projects.
Mr. Fowler has over 10 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, and commercial finance. Prior to joining Boundary, Mr. Fowler served as a senior analyst in the Investments Group for the JBG Companies. At JBG, Mr. Fowler was responsible for executing new acquisitions, dispositions, and recapitalizations as well as supporting numerous development projects. Mr. Fowler also performed asset management activities for a variety of residential, office, hotel, and retail investments.
Mr. Fowler's previous work experience includes real estate investment banking for Robert W. Baird in Washington, D.C. and GE Capital's Financial Management Program (FMP) in Norwalk, CT. Mr. Fowler was recognized by DCA Live as one of the 2019 NextGEN Real Estate Leaders in Washington, D.C. Mr. Fowler received his Bachelor of Science in finance from Virginia Tech.
