James currently acts on behalf of the Governments High performance Sport agency UK Sport as a performance advisor to those who lead Olympic and Paralympic Sports programs in pursuit of medal success at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. James hold a Masters Degree in Strategic Management, and is also currently completing his Masters in Executive Coaching to further develop his passion for developing others. James is a very keen sportsman and enjoys triathlon, golf, and skiing but also has a strong interest in wildlife, bush craft and hillwalking. He supports CDP in the areas of:
