QUALITY TITLE - Key Persons
Kristi was born and raised in Maryland, but moved to Virginia in 2014. In her free time, she loves camping and other outdoor sports, and spending time with friends and family. Her title & escrow career began in 2003, she loves the whole title process, and keeps updated on all the new industry laws and regulations. Kristi is Quality Title's "Ace", helping the closers with all loan closings. She is committed to client satisfaction and remains a courteous and responsive communicator with them throughout the process.
Mary was raised in West Virginia and moved to Northern Virginia in 1989, before moving to the Front Royal area in 2015. While enjoying all that Warren County has to offer, like camping, boating, and beautiful views, she spends most of her free time with her grandchildren. Mary has extensive experience in her field, having started in the title industry in 1997 as office manager for a real estate firm, before transitioning to title & escrow services in 2002. Along the way she has earned the respect of her clients for her leadership, management, and knowledge. She started Quality Title, LLC thanks in part to the overwhelming support and encouragement of her clients, family, and friends, and with a vision of providing service unmatched in the industry, by offering a fair price and exceeding expectations.

Wilford was also raised in West Virginia, and later went on to serve in the United States Marine Corps. He loves spending time with his grand children, fishing and hunting. He maintains the technology systems that protect your privacy and ensures all closing transactions are completed securely. He is also the HR Manager and Marketing Director. He serves on the Warren County Habitat for Humanity board of directors and is involved in various community outreach projects.
