Bruce Hatchman

Bruce Hatchman is a Chartered Accountant and has practiced principally in the areas of audit and corporate advisory assignments. In 2001 Bruce transitioned from direct client responsibilities to the role of Chief Executive of the practice. During the next seven years the practice experienced substantial growth leading to a position of fifth largest practice in Sydney. During that time Bruce acted as primary advisor to a group of high net worth businesses in an advisory capacity. Other directorships and positions Since 2008 Bruce has focussed entirely on board appointments, which have been exclusively non-executive independent roles, including: ASX listed companies - current, professional practices both Australian and Internationally based, Not For Profit major hospital in Sydney - consulting work continues, and private large investment groups - ongoing roles.

Cameron McCullagh

Cameron has over 30 years in financial management and over 20 years insurance management experience. He is Managing Director of Consolidated Operations Group Limited (ASX code: COG) and Chairman of A.S. White Global Pty Limited. Cameron was Chief Executive Officer of Employers Mutual Limited from 2001 to 2009 and it was during this tenure that Hospitality Employers Mutual was established.

Catherine King

Catherine King has extensive experience in government, community and stakeholder relations, communications and strategy. Other directorships and positions Catherine has managed a public relations and communications business since 2004 and is a Director of Adelaide Fringe Inc. She is also a Director of Adelaide Venue Management Corporation, Homestart SA, Don Dunstan Foundation, and a Board Member of Common Ground Adelaide, Riverland Wine Advisory Panel and ResourceCo Pty Ltd. Catherine was previously Director of Adelaide Fringe Inc, Eastside Skillshare and the SA Ambulance Service.

Deborah Tait

"I'm passionate about helping people recover from injuries and collaborating with all stakeholders to achieve the best outcome for all parties involved: a successful rehabilitation and return to work." Deborah Tait has a degree in Sports & Exercise Science and has worked in rehabilitation, injury management and personal injury insurance in the UK and Australia including workers compensation, public liability and motor vehicle accident schemes. Deborah joined Hospitality Employers Mutual in 2012 as a Case Manager and progressed through multiple roles including Project Management and Strategy & Technical Manager. In her current role as Divisional Manager of Hospitality Claims she leads a team of 40, many of whom have an allied health background, and all share her passion and commitment to helping others.

Dr George Peponis

Dr Peponis currently serves as the Chair of ClubsNSW, having been elected as a Director of same at the 2017 AGM. He is the current Chair of Clubkeno Holdings elected August 2019 and Vice President of Clubs Australia elected in September 2019. Since 2010 and 2012 Dr Peponis holds current roles as Director and Chair of the NSW Rugby League.

Robert Dickson

Robert Dickson is a highly experienced manager with extensive experience in both the Workers Compensation and Hospitality industries. Rob joined Hospitality Employers Mutual in 2011 as a Business Development Manager and progressed through a number of management roles in Client Service and Underwriting. In 2017 Rob moved to manage the EML NSW Client Service team and with the increased market share worked closely with the largest employers in NSW. Most recently in 2021 Rob returned to Hospitality Employers Mutual, returning to support the industry he is passionate about. Rob has over 15 years' managerial experience in the Hospitality industry, working in accommodation hotels and is still actively involved in his local club.

Sean Morrissey

A practising lawyer for over 15 years, Sean has specialised in employment, industrial relations and workers compensation law. Sean has held roles in both private practice and in-house, having represented the interests of clients from both the employee and employer perspective. Other directorships and positions Sean is one of the founding partners and the Principal Solicitor Director of Hospitality Legal, a legal practice owned and operated by the Australian Hotels Association NSW which provides legal services to its hotel members and the hospitality industry more broadly. Sean has previously lectured in Employment Relations in the School of Business at the University of Technology Sydney.
