Joining Curtis Food Recruiters in 2022, he brings years of professional-level industrial sales, account, and recruitment management experience. Eli's background in contract negotiation, budgeting, sales, and team-building complements his skills as an accomplished recruiter. His passion is connecting professionals with great opportunities and building long-term relationships. Julie Curtis is a savvy executive recruitment professional with seventeen plus years of food and retail industry experience. She began her food industry executive recruitment career with a boutique search firm servicing food manufacturing, grocery and retail-based Fortune 500 Companies. In 2002, she joined Nash Finch Company, a Fortune 500 grocery retailer and wholesaler. She led the talent acquisition function for corporate and field including; diversity recruitment, AAP/OFCCP, workforce planning, organizational development, employee relations and HR strategy. Julie's philosophy is to match the right person to the right job by clearly understanding the organization's culture along with the specific skills, knowledge and experience required to be successful in that position.
