Mr. Lindsey-Clark joined Evercore on the completion of the acquisition of Lexicon Partners in August 2011. After 22 years as an investment banker on Wall Street, Ms. Carlton launched Springboard - Partners in Cross Cultural Leadership, LLC where she has been President since 2003. In addition in 2014, Ms. Carlton co-founded The Everest Project research initiative focused on women leading change and innovation in corporate America. Ms. Carlton retired as a Managing Director and Associate Director of U.S. Equity Research at JPMorgan Chase in May 2003, having also served as Director of U.S. Equity Research for Chase Asset Management from 1996 to 1999. Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Mr. Schlosstein was the CEO of HighView Investment Group, an alternative investment management firm. Before forming HighView in 2008, he served for almost 20 years as the president of BlackRock, the largest asset management firm in the world, with more than $8.5 trillion of assets under management. Mr. Schlosstein co-founded BlackRock in 1988, was a director since the company went public in 1999, chaired BlackRock's management committee and was a member of the executive and investment committees.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Schlosstein was a managing director in investment banking at Lehman Brothers, where he started the firm's interest rate swap business and led the mortgage and savings institutions group. From 1977 to 1981, he worked for the federal government, initially as deputy to the assistant secretary of the Treasury Department, then as associate director of the White House Domestic Policy Staff, responsible for advising President Carter on urban policy, economic development and housing issues, as well as on the Chrysler loan guarantee program. Roger Altman is Founder and Senior Chairman of Evercore.
Mr. Altman began his investment banking career at Lehman Brothers, advancing to general partner in 1974. He was then nominated by President Carter and confirmed by the Senate as Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Treasury, serving in that position for four years.
Mr. Altman subsequently returned to Lehman, where he later became co-head of overall investment banking as well as a member of the management committee and board. He remained in those positions until Lehman was sold.

Ms. Williamson previously spent over 21 years at Wellington Management Company LLP, where she was most recently a Partner and Director of Alternative Investments. During her tenure at Wellington, Ms. Williamson served on a number of firm boards and committees, including on the Trust Investment Committee, as the Chair of the Wellington Trust Company NA, and as the founding chair of the Diversity Committee.
Ms. Williamson received her B.A. in economics, with honors, from Williams College in 1984 and earned an MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School in 1989.

Tim LaLonde is Evercore's Chief Financial Officer, a senior managing director and a member of the firm's Management Committee.
Mr. LaLonde has more than three decades of investment banking experience and previously served as Evercore's COO of Global Investment Banking and co-head of the U.S. Investment Banking business. Prior to Evercore, he was an executive director at UBS and a vice president at Dillon Reed, a predecessor firm of UBS.
Mr. LaLonde advised on General Motors' sale of a 51% interest in GMAC; AT&T's acquisition of BellSouth; NTL's acquisition of Telewest Global; SBC Communication's acquisition of AT&T; Electronic Data Systems' sale of UGS PLM Solutions; the sale of PanAmSat to an investor group; and Cingular Wireless' acquisition of AT&T Wireless Services. In addition, he has been involved in numerous transactions in the energy, building & construction, and general industrial sectors.
He received his B.S.B. with high distinction from the University of Minnesota, his M.Sc. from the London School of Economics, and his MBA with high distinction from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College. Mr. LaLonde serves on the Board of Advisors at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
