Allison J. Frasier

Allison J. Frasier is an associate attorney in Maser, Amundson & Boggio, P.A.'s Elder Law Department. She first joined the team in 2006 as a law clerk. She practices and counsels clients in the areas of elder law issues, such as medical assistance planning, veterans' aid and attendance benefits, estate planning, asset preservation, planning for incapacity, guardianships and conservatorships, as well as probate matters. Allison enjoys counseling clients through what can be very complicated and emotional issues. Through the experience in her own life of helping to care for a disabled family member, she can relate to many issues that her clients face on a personal level. Allison is an accredited attorney for veterans' aid and attendance benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs. She is also a member of the Minnesota Bar Association's Elder Law Section, and of the Minnesota Association for Guardianship and Conservatorship (MAGiC). She is licensed to practice in Minnesota State Court and is a frequent speaker on elder law issues.

Amundson, Boggio

Amundson, Boggio is part of the "In America" segments airing on PBS. The segment features Attorney Kris Maser explaining the field of elder law through discussions with clients and providers. Kris gives the viewer a general idea of how our firm addresses issues facing our clients around the difficult decisions which need to be made with legal guidance and genuine concern and caring.

Anemarie (Ane) Jethwa

Anemarie (Ane) Jethwa is an associate attorney in Maser, Amundson & Boggio, P.A.'s Elder Law Department. She practices in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and probate. Ane is a graduate from Gustavus Adolphus College with Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminal Justice, and she earned her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. Ane is passionate about helping people and became an attorney to be able to assist others when in need. Ane enjoys guiding clients through the planning process in a way that empowers each client to be proactive with their future. She believes in educating the client along the way and adding tools to each person's toolbox.

Brenna M. Galvin

Brenna M. Galvin is the managing shareholder and elder law attorney at Maser, Amundson & Boggio, P.A. Her practice focuses on estate planning, life care planning, asset protection, Veterans benefits, Medical Assistance, special needs planning for individuals with disabilities, including supplemental and special needs trusts, and estate and trust administrations. Brenna provides resources that enhance her clients' quality of life and gives her clients and their families comfort in knowing that they have planned for the worst, so they can live their best. Brenna chose to become an attorney because she believes law, at its core, is a helping profession. She draws her inspiration from intergenerational interactions in her own large family and years of working with seniors and individuals with disabilities. Brenna understands that planning extends beyond the bounds of a law office and requires clients and their loved ones to have critical conversations about their end-of-life wishes. In summer of 2019, Brenna completed training through the International End of Life Doula Association (INELDA) to become an end-of-life doula. She sought this training because she felt like her clients needed more holistic care as they navigated the dying process. Brenna is also the co-founder of Inspired Departures. The mission of Inspired Departures is to inspire individuals to have open conversations about death and dying and take action to create a meaningful end of life plan. She believes that by approaching death differently, we begin to live life more fully. Brenna is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science, and she earned her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law. Brenna is involved in a number of professional and community organizations, including the Elder Law Governing Council of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Minnesota Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Bancroft Neighborhood Association, Minneapolis Rowing Club, the University of Minnesota M Club, and Kairos Alive! Brenna was featured in the book, A Survival Guide to Aging.

Kris L. Maser - Shareholder

Kris L. Maser was a shareholder for Maser, Amundson & Boggio, P.A. Since co-founding the firm in 1984, she served as a dedicated advocate for the elderly and their families through assisting in estate planning, medical assistance planning, planning for incapacity, conservatorship and guardianship issues, life care planning and related issues pertaining to wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives. Kris retired on December 31, 2020. Her dedication to clients and vigorous representation of their rights has earned her prominent recognition. Maser has been named in statewide surveys to the Minnesota Super Lawyers list and ranked as one of the top Minnesota Women Super Lawyers by Minnesota Law and Politics and Mpls. St. Paul Magazine. After decades of service to families, Maser says her resolve for her work was strengthened even more when she was diagnosed with cancer. "Nobody stands alone. Cancer made me realize you can't go through a long-term illness by yourself. We all need families and communities to support us. We also need to remember caregiving can be a long and difficult journey and we need to care for our caregivers. Supplying resources and helping to keep caregivers healthy is an important part of our planning conversation." Maser is a frequent lecturer, both locally and nationally, on a variety of elder law matters. She co-authored the Minnesota Conservatorship Standards, adopted by the Minnesota Association of Guardianship and Conservatorship. She has been the recipient of the Mary Alice Gooderl Award for outstanding service and active development of the Minnesota State Bar Association's (MSBA's) Elder Law Section.

Lauren L. Fink

Lauren L. Fink is a shareholder with Maser, Amundson & Boggio, P.A.'s Elder Law Department. Lauren assists her clients on the implementation of estate, long term care planning, special needs, and business succession plans. Lauren obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree, with a Major in English Literature from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. Lauren chose to become an attorney because her parents were caretakers for many elders in her family. She saw how difficult their job was and wanted the tools to be able to act as a valued guide for others who cared for elders. Lauren's warm approach puts her clients at ease as she helps them develop a plan making sure they are confident about their situations and futures.

Luther M. Amundson - Shareholder

Luther M. Amundson, shareholder at Maser, Amundson & Boggio, P.A., leads the firm's Litigation Department. He is known in the legal community for his vigorous pursuit of his clients' legal rights and his tenacious quest for fair compensation for those he represents. A successful litigator, Amundson concentrates his practice in areas of elder law, including issues of capacity, incapacity and undue influence, will contests, trust administration, guardianships, conservatorships, wrongful death, probate law, and significant personal injury matters. Amundson says that he's passionate about his work for the "older generation," because of his inspiring clients. He has also formed important connections with other clients, such as baby boomers addressing their litigation concerns, and representing a survivor of the Minneapolis I-35W bridge collapse in 2007. Amundson says that it's gratifying to make a difference in peoples' lives. Since 1995, Amundson has been named in statewide surveys to the Minnesota Super Lawyers list in Minnesota Law & Politics and Mpls. St. Paul Magazine.
