Amanda joined the firm in May 2021. Amanda has over 12 years of administrative experience working in the accounting field. She is organized and detail-oriented, which are necessary skills for her role in continuing the firm's paperless aspiration.
Amanda enjoys being a cat mom and playing video games with her boyfriend Josh. When not in the office, you will find her shopping and enjoying local cuisine.
Arthur joined Harper & Company CPAs Plus in July 2023 as a seasoned tax and business advisor. With a decade of experience and advanced degrees in Accounting and Business Administration, Arthur is dedicated to helping clients be as tax efficient as possible and guiding them towards their financial goals. Arthur graduated with a Master's Degree in Accounting from Texas A&M Commerce in 2021. He also holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Tyler (2012) and is an IRS Enrolled Agent.
Arthur's work is fueled by the joy he experiences when clients achieve their desired financial outcomes. His expertise, coupled with his passion for client success, makes him an integral part of the Harper & Company team.
Outside of work, Arthur is a people person who enjoys spending time with family, exploring new places, and attending live music events. His love for the outdoors is evident in his hobbies, which include fishing, hunting, and camping. Arthur's blend of professional expertise, dedication, and vibrant personality make him a valuable asset to our team.

Ashley is the newest member of our Team here at Harper and Co. Ashley has more than 10 years of Executive Assistant experience.
She's also never one to pass up a challenge. It is safe to say Ashley loves the new challenges each day brings.
While outside of the office, Ashley is just as fast paced ‘trying' to keep up with her many nieces and nephew in state and out of. Originally from Wisconsin, still Wisconsin at heart… Which obviously means she is a fan of any cheese and most cold brews.
Austen has been a part of the Harper and Company team for nearly three years. Like any young professional living in the heart of the Midwest, Austen enjoys a good craft beer from any one of the many microbreweries in the Columbus area. Austen is an opportunist for adventure; whether it's rock climbing at Red River Gorge, skiing at Snow Shoe Mountain, or hiking through the forests of Oregon. In the office, Austen is never afraid of a challenge and enjoys working with the clients and local business owners that play such a prominent role in his favorite city.
Becky Bodemann joined Harper & Company in 2013. Becky brings over 43 years of experience to our team. She excels in both the tax preparation an accounting arena. Her strive to make the clients experience as stress free as possible and seeing relief on the client's face is what makes the challenges worth it. Becky enjoys being a part time retiree and spending her extra time with her husband of 43 years. When she isn't at the office she loves spending time with her grandson or traveling to Florida to spend time with her father.
Chris joined the firm in 2019 as an intern and started full time after graduation in 2021. Chris enjoys learning, problem solving, and helping clients. He plans to have his CPA sometime in 2022. Chris has lived in Columbus his whole life and loves watching the Buckeyes win. You may find Chris spend time with friends at a local bar and drink a nice cold one. In his free time, he watches TV and plays video games.
David joined Harper & Company CPAs Plus as a CPA in November of 2022. David brings more than 10 years of accounting, financial statement analysis, and cash flow management experience to the Harper & Company team.
David's love for working directly with small businesses to impact their financial health brought him into public accounting, and it is what motivates him every day. Growing up on a dairy farm in Ohio gave David the opportunity to experience how important it is for businesses to have sound financial and accounting practices, no matter the industry.
An Ohio State sports fan all around, David is also a huge fan of the Cleveland Guardians. His memory of going to cheer them on in the 2016 World Series is bittersweet, however, as it didn't result in a win for Cleveland. But, the experience was one he'll never forget. David also enjoys nutrition and fitness. We're pretty sure his cardio routine includes keeping up with his Boxer puppy, Francis.

Gentry joined Harper & Company as the Director of Tax and Advisory Services in 2023. With over 18 years of experience in leadership in public accounting, Gentry is recognized for his complex problem solving skills and deep accounting expertise and tax knowledge. He received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Columbus State University in Georgia and is a CPA.
Gentry is passionate about delivering quality solutions that make a difference in the personal lives and businesses he serves professionally. His commitment leads to trusted relationships with clients who know he has their best interests and goals in mind.
Outside of the office, Gentry can be found spending time with his two children, running through the streets of his hometown of Columbus, Georgia with his dog, Thumper, or getting lost in his workshop covered in sawdust. He also loves to support faith-based nonprofits as an active leader in his local community.

A CPA since 1994, Glenn is the Owner of Harper & Company CPAs Plus, an entrepreneur, public speaker, and co-host on the podcast Empowering Entrepreneurs.
Glenn decided in 2017 to expand the firm beyond the traditional tax compliance focus to a firm committed to delivering advisory and consulting services to the clients they serve. At his core, Glenn loves to make a difference in people's lives by helping them understand and manage their tax, accounting, and business strategies. As an entrepreneur himself, Glenn believes every entrepreneur deserves to enjoy the journey. He is passionate about teaching other entrepreneurs how to build financial and operational excellence into their businesses and scale to create the lifestyle they love.
Glenn was named to Accounting Today's 2022 MP Elite as one of the top 10 Managing Partners in the country, and his firm, Harper & Company CPAs Plus, was the 2021 winner of the prestigious Luca Award.
Outside of work, Glenn is a devoted Buckeyes fan and loves golfing, fishing, hiking, cooking, and spending time with his three children- Austin, Riley, and Megan.
Julie has over 30 years of business experience in both the corporate and small business arenas. She enjoys engaging with clients and strives to help them with any questions they may have regarding their account.
Julie and her husband Leland live in Dublin with their dog Miller and have 2 kids who have flown the nest. She enjoys watching a good hockey game or going to a horse show.
Julie Smith, MBA, is the Practice Manager for Harper & Company CPAs Plus, an entrepreneur, and co-host of the podcast Empowering Entrepreneurs. Julie joined the firm in November of 2013 and brings a strategic approach to running the practice.
Empowering others to develop into their best professional selves is her passion. Her superpower is teaching leaders how to get out of their own way so they can successfully execute change, build positive cultures, and move their businesses forward. With expertise in the business of public accounting, Julie also speaks nationwide and enjoys inspiring others in the profession to take action, evolve, and grow.
Julie was named CPA.com's 2021 Innovative Practitioner of Year, and she was honored to accept the Luca Award on behalf of the firm from Thomson Reuters, also in 2021.
Julie has 2 beautiful daughters, Ella and Avery, that she enjoys spending time with in addition to traveling, sporting events, and running.
Natasha joined Harper & Company CPAs Plus in January 2024 and brings over 25 years of tax expertise and a unique entrepreneurial background. A University of Akron alumna, she successfully ran her own tax practice before a brief foray into trucking during the pandemic. This experience reinforced her passion for tax consultancy, leading her to our team.
Natasha's role combines her love for numbers with client interaction, specializing in demystifying tax complexities for individuals and business owners. At Harper & Company, Natasha is more than a tax professional; she's a mentor and guide, committed to empowering clients with confidence and clarity. Her energy is contagious!
Outside work, she's a dedicated mother of four, an avid reader, interior decorating enthusiast, and Bengals football fan.
Paul joined the firm in August 2017. Paul has more than 15 years of experience as a CPA in public accounting and trust tax preparation. Paul has served small businesses, individuals, trusts, estates, and not-for-profit clients. He enjoys and is dedicated to helping his business and individual clients solve complex tax issues. Paul has been married for 15 years to his wife, Dana, and they have has a daughter, 13, and son, 10. Their daughter plays the French horn in middle school while their son plays travel baseball and basketball throughout Central Ohio.
