A top provider of industry leadership, her recruiting and staffing experience spans from information technology to program sales, excelling at every step. After starting her career as a technical recruiter and then senior director of information technology, Hyman moved outside the world of recruiting and staffing, becoming the program sales manager for the D.C. Bar. This experience offered her the opportunity to grow as an individual and as a professional, furthering her education in the areas of data analytics, business development, digital marketing, and project organization. Hyman has a passion for building meaningful and lasting relationships, doing everything she can to help people grow and to empower others to live their best quality lives. With a keen attention to detail and a passion for understanding how businesses work, Hyman uses her knowledge and experience to bring a unique perspective to HireCapital, allowing her to better serve clients with expert ability.

Hannah Herbst

Hannah brings a unique background of sales and technology that eventually led her to recruiting. Having worked in startups and agencies, she wore many hats in the realm of project management and web development. She ultimately chose recruiting as her path- a marriage of all her professional experiences, interests, and a catalyst to her passion for helping others. Hannah thinks that opening professional doors for all people is the best way she can serve society. "Everyone is brilliant and talented; you just need to find where they TRULY shine."

Jasmin Moser

HireCapital will tap into founding partner Jasmin Moser's human resources and employee growth experience to nurture relationships and help clients build their teams and grow their businesses. She prides herself on building strong, long-lasting relationships that drive client and candidate connections. After starting her career in sales in New York, Moser pivoted to the staffing industry when she moved with her family to the D.C. area. She now lives in Virginia with her daughters, Isabella and Mia. At HireStrategy, she helped Paul Villella start and grow his consulting practice. She went on to begin her own boutique staffing firm with expertise in filling IT, finance, accounting, administrative, and human resources roles and found great success at the helm of her woman-owned company. Moser and her boutique firm received several accolades-winning the 2015 BRAVA Award, being included among the Smart100 CEOs and being named one of the 100 Best-Run Companies, all from SmartCEO Magazine. Moser merged her staffing firm with HireCapital, bringing her accounting and finance, people operations, and start-up expertise to the company. She uses her unique skills and ability to connect with clients and candidates to solve problems, ensuring that she remains committed to working in the business of people, not the business of placements.

Jeannette Blanchet

Jeannette is an IT recruiter and an "ENTJ" with a varied skill set and broad professional experience. She has worked professionally in the mortgage industry as a Loan Officer, in hospitality sales, and for the past 9+ years in information technology recruiting. In her spare time, she enjoys playing guitar, coaching softball, face painting, and photography. As an Army brat, Jeannette traveled extensively with her family, including three tours in Berlin, Germany. This early exposure sparked a lifelong love of travel, and she continues to make time each year for new adventures, whether at home or abroad.

Rachel Lamb

Rachel brings over 10 years of administrative and operational experience to her role as HireCapital's Operations Manager. Rachel has always believed in making a difference where she goes. Rachel is motivated by making meaningful connections and building an environment where everyone can succeed. Prior to joining HireCapital, Rachel worked as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at a DC Public Affairs firm. There she directly supported numerous executive and senior staff and handled all operational functions of the office including IT support, HR administration, as well as vendor management, and invoicing. At HireCapital she is able to leverage her vast administrative expertise to support our growing business and aid in recruiting efforts. Rachel has worn many hats in her career and with that knowledge, she is able to ensure we stay successful in all areas of the organization. Rachel is based out of North Carolina where she enj0ys reading, exploring the outdoors, and watching movies with her husband and their three cats.

Tyler Roper is an Alexandria native, born and raised in the heart of the DMV. A creative at his core and a lifelong fan of technology, he studied Art at Radford University before pursuing hands-on craftsmanship through welding certification at Chesapeake College. Whether building with steel, technology solutions, or ideas, Tyler approaches every challenge with precision and purpose. Today, Tyler serves as a Senior Business Development Manager at HireCapital, where he helps organizations navigate complex hiring needs with a partnership-driven, results-focused approach. Drawing on over half a decade of experience in sales, staffing, and client development, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and business acumen to every engagement. Previously, Tyler excelled at Addison Group, where he led large-scale IT initiatives-from enterprise system migrations and infrastructure builds to HRIS automation and advanced data analysis strategies. His work earned multiple performance awards and contributed directly to clients' operational success. Earlier roles in event sales, coordination, and community development refined his relationship-building skills, enabling him to connect with stakeholders across various industries. Outside of work, Tyler is an artist, tech enthusiast, and dog owner (his pup, Bear, is a local celebrity). His career reflects a common theme: building-whether it's a business relationship, a technical solution, or a piece of art, Tyler builds things to last.
