LIDYA KONSERVECILIK

Lidya Konservecilik was founded in 1989 in Turgutlu province of Manisa which is the most fertile land of Aegean region. Our facility, with the latest investments, which has a covered area of 35,000 m2 of total 80,000 m2 ,is one of Turkey's largest and Europe's leading facilities. Lidya Konservecilik processes from 20,000 to 25,000 tons of vegetables per year. These primary vegetables are cucumber, tomato, pepper, Capia pepper, yellow long pepper, eggplant, cabbage, green tomato, carrot, Jalapeno pepper, baby pepper, Macedonian pepper, Greek pepper, California pepper, cauliflower. Lidya Konservecilik uses mostly glass jars for production. The annual production is 60 million glass jars, we produce also tins of 3, 5 and 10 kilograms, at about 1 to 1.5 million pieces.
