1979- Malin Distributors was started by Otis "Bud" Malin when he retired from the old "McDonald Dairy" after 30 years of service. He then bought out his home delivery milkman, who was planning to retire and started Malin Distributors, delivering Country Fresh Dairy Products... 1999- Doug was introduced to the Roelof Brothers of Galesburg, Michigan and began handling Prairie Farms Dairy products, including ice cream from Ashby's Sterling, Hudsonville and others. It was at this time we expanded our ice cream program to include bulk ice cream for parlors... 2010- Malin Distributors purchased "Tri-City Fountain Supply" of Saginaw, a Father and Son team since 1972 delivering cones, cups, toppings, etc. With this and our extensive ice cream and soft serve programs, our customers are offered a one-stop shopping experience.
