Stanley McCall, Sr. is a lifelong resident of Huntsville, Alabama. He graduated from Oakwood University with a degree in psychology. He earned a master's degree in personnel management and an MBA in finance from Alabama A&M University. Mr. McCall worked for NASA at Marshall Space Flight Center, where he served in the procurement department as a procurement analyst, contract specialist, chief of small purchases, MIS systems administrator, supervisory contracting officer and director of the Small Business Office. He was the procurement department's first minority supervisor and first minority contracting officer, and achieving numerous years of recognition as NASA's Small Business Office of the Year for meeting all of its goals. After retiring from NASA, Mr. McCall co-founded and assumed the position of chief executive officer at Management Enterprise Development & Services (MEDS), Inc. While leading the company, he developed a system of management and operations that values integrity, competence, and persistence. In every challenge, the company strives to find a way to "leave every situation better than they find it." Stanley McCall, II was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama, and graduated with a bachelor of science degree in finance from Oakwood University. He was a proud member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, as well as of the organization Who's Who Among Students. Mr. McCall has worked for Management Enterprise Development & Services (MEDS), Inc. in a variety of capacities. In his current position as vice president of development, he has worked to improve the operations, processes, and policies in support of the organization's mission, business processes, and organizational planning. He strives to manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support services, including as human resources, IT, and finance, through improvements to each function, as well as coordination and communication between the support and business functions.
