Charlie Micol

Charlie has over 30 years of mortgage banking experience in New England. He has always prided himself on finding the right program to fit each and every borrower, whether it is for a new home purchase or investment as well as money saving refinances. Charlie has extensive knowledge and experience with all types of borrower situations. Charlie is a 1987 graduate of Boston College with a degree in Mathematics. He is the Head Boys Basketball Coach at Chelmsford High School. Charlie lives in Chelmsford, MA with his wife(Shayna) and 3 children (Jackson 10, Brody 9 and Gia 5).

Dana Rodrigues

With over 20 years of experience in Real Estate Financial Services, Dana serves his clients with the highest degree of professional expertise, always providing sound financial guidance. He assists clients in getting the right mortgage for their needs. He provides insight and innovative solutions with the varied mortgage options available. Dana's experience has proven to be invaluable to a number of his clients. Dana speaks with sincerity and candor: "My promise and commitment to my clients is to listen and respond to their needs with absolute integrity in all of our dealings." Dana graduated from Salem State College and earned his Bachelors degree in Business Administration & Accounting. He lives in North Andover with his 4 children. An avid Boston sports fan, Dana will often be found at the Garden watching his beloved Bruins.

Dawne M. Schermerhorn

Dawne has three grown children with her first grandchild on the way in 2022. She enjoys family time at the beach, golf, swimming, reading, walking her dog and is a huge Boston sports fan.

Michael Loffredo

Michael has been in the mortgage lending business serving the needs of both the residential and commercial community since 1987. His experience and dedication to the mortgage field helped him earn the CMC designation in September, 2006 from the National Association of Mortgage Professionals, an industry leading trade association. CMC, or Certified Mortgage Consultant, is a nationally recognized title achieved only through meeting certain requirements for education, experience, and knowledge of the mortgage industry and having passed a rigorous exam. It means the highest level of professional standards and adherence to the NAMB Code of Ethics. Michael has used his experience in helping thousands of clients achieve their dream of homeownership throughout New England and Florida. His approach is one of careful needs analysis first, ensuring that the homeowner ends up with the right mortgage product for their financial situation. This careful and efficient approach results in the highest level of customer satisfaction, leading to consistent referrals and repeat business. The highest compliment a person can pay to Michael is a referral of a personal friend or acquaintance. What appeals to Michael the most is helping families buy their primary homes as well as financing the second home market and investment properties. The current economy of real estate has opened some good opportunities for homeowners to venture into the second home or vacation property market as well as the cash flow business of rental properties. Michael lives in Salem, New Hampshire with his wife Kathleen and two sons. He enjoys his family life, golf and skiing, and spending time at the beach in Cape Cod.

Ted Corea

Buying a home is the biggest investment of your life. It is Ted's goal to guide you through the mortgage process, making it as smooth as possible. He is able to do this by maintaining a constant, open line of communication. From the get-go, Ted provides you with his personal cell phone number so you can contact him morning, noon, or night. Not only does he keep you informed throughout the entire process, Ted provides status updates to your real estate agent as well. Together, through this collaborative approach, you will get to the closing table on time. Ted graduated from UMass, Lowell with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance in 1996. Upon graduating, he worked for two mutual fund companies before pursuing his Master's in Education. Ted taught in the Lowell Public School system for almost 20 years before deciding to return to the world of finance. In February of 2018, Ted began his career as a Mortgage Loan Consultant. The patience and listening skills he developed as a teacher have served him well in the mortgage industry when working with clients of varying needs. Having lived in Windham as a child and graduating from Pinkerton Academy, Ted is very familiar with the towns in southern New Hampshire. He lived in Pelham, NH for 19 years before moving to Dracut, MA where he now resides with his wife and two children. Ted enjoys spending his free time watching the Patriots, Bruins, Red Sox, and Celtics with his family. He also enjoys driving and hiking through the scenic White Mountains. When time affords it, you'll find him fly fishing for trout on a river somewhere in New England.
