Abby has been a valuable member of our team since September 2022, and although she is new to the eye care industry, she has already made a significant difference for our patients. Abby graduated from Alexandria Technical & Community College in 2021, where she obtained her degree in interior design. But Abby is always seeking opportunities to broaden her knowledge and skills, such as her upcoming CPO certification in the fall of 2023.
Abby is passionate about helping people and fascinated by the intricacies of the eye care industry. She finds fulfillment in learning more about the field and creating positive experiences for each patient she works with.
Outside of work, Abby loves to travel and explore new places, from camping in the mountains to trying out new local restaurants. She adores spending quality time with her husband, family, and adorable puppy, Millie.
Allison approaches eye care with a motivated and easy-going attitude. She has been with the team at McCulley Optix Gallery since 2021. Allison is currently attending NDSU and plans to graduate in 2025.
Allison is excited to continue learning and developing in the eye care industry and enjoys the experience of interacting with her co-workers.
Outside of work, Allison is a full-time student at NDSU. When she isn't at school or work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Costa Del Mar is an American sunglasses brand that combines functionality, simplicity, and durability to enhance everyday life. Expertly engineered with high-quality materials, Costa Del Mar eyewear is a must-have for the coastal look.
Dr. McCulley graduated with honors from Boston College with a bachelor of science degree and a major in Spanish and pre-medical studies. She then went on to study optometry and graduated with honors from the Southern College of Optometry.
She has past experience from the University of Minnesota Department of Ophthalmology fitting specialty contact lenses and working with low vision patients. Dr. McCulley is experienced in pediatrics and has a keen interest in treating dry eye patients.
For Dr. McCulley, the most fulfilling part about running her own practice is helping people find solutions to their vision needs. Whether it's contact lenses to see all distances, or adjusting to first-time progressive and bifocal glasses, she loves helping solve each person's unique needs quickly and easily.
When she's not working in the office, Dr. McCulley enjoys painting, reading, and baking. In the summertime, she enjoys spending weekends at the lake with her husband, Rial, and their two daughters.
Environment: Dry, windy, or smoky environments can play a role in dry eye disease.
Contact Lens Wear: Longtime use of contact lenses can contribute to dry eye disease. It's just another reason why annual eye exams are recommended for contact lens users.

Erin has been holding her current position since September 2022. Even though the eye care industry is newer to her, she is excited to embark on this adventure. Erin earned her AAS in web design from M State Detroit Lakes, MN, in 2010. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and was on the Dean's List every semester.

Hallie Moncada brings a fun-loving and friendly approach to her role as a patient concierge and content creator, having recently moved from Grand Forks to embark on this exciting new chapter at McCulley Optix Gallery.
Hallie is an honor student with an associate degree in business marketing and management from Northland Community and Technical College (2023).
She finds fulfillment in her ability to infuse creativity into her work, expressing a keen interest in marketing and content creation. Hallie enjoys thinking outside the box and creating engaging, innovative materials that resonate with the audience. Contributing to brightening someone's day and making a positive impact through her work are aspects of her job that she holds dear.
Outside of her professional commitments, Hallie cherishes moments with her 2 beloved fur babies, Teddy (a lively shih-tzu about to turn 5) and Nala (a charming domestic long-hair cat about to turn 3). She also values quality time with her boyfriend, appreciates nature and the outdoors, and finds solace in expressing her creativity through painting and drawing.
Jenna graduated from Youth and Family Ministry at Trinity Lutheran College in 2004. She is an ABO certified optician and graduated from the Optometric Education Foundation's vision therapy course.
Her eye care career began in 2009, and she has worked at McCulley Optix Gallery since 2011. Jenna enjoys solving people's vision problems with lenses, fabulous glasses, and vision therapy.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, listening to true crime podcasts, and exploring local breweries, restaurants, and stores. In 2015, Jenna participated in the United Way 35 Under 35 Women's Leadership Program.
Kayla Noyes embodies a personality characterized by attention to detail, genuine care, and unwavering dedication in her role as an optician, with an impressive 8.5 years of experience in the eye care industry. Kayla earned her bachelor's degree in business management from Concordia College in 2013 and secured her Health and Life Insurance and Property and Casualty Insurance licenses in 2023.
Kayla's greatest fulfillment stems from the joy of styling individuals and helping them feel and look their best. She takes great pride in catering to the vision and lifestyle needs of the community, always striving to provide top-notch care and guidance.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Kayla enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, indulging in culinary pursuits, pampering herself with nail care, and exploring the convenience of online shopping, particularly on Amazon. She is an avid sports enthusiast, delighting in playing hockey, spectating sports events, and reveling in the thrills of amusement parks. Additionally, Kayla has a deep love for the outdoors, embracing its beauty and the rejuvenation it offers.
Kayla's meticulous attention to detail, genuine compassion, and commitment to enriching the lives of those around her make her an invaluable presence at McCulley Optix Gallery, both professionally and personally. And yes, she reminds everyone to prioritize their eye health by wearing sunglasses for protection!
Keisha Adams is our compassionate, intuitive, and adaptable optician with nearly one year of experience in the eye care industry. She holds a high school diploma from Fargo South, which she earned in 2011.
Keisha finds great fulfillment in her role, particularly in the impact of Neurolens, which she believes is the best solution for helping many individuals improve their eye health and overall well-being.
Outside work, Keisha is passionate about photography, music, and playing video games. She also enjoys the delightful chaos of being a dog mom to 3 lively pups.
Meet Remi Johnson, our amazing student intern at McCulley Optix Gallery. Remi's personality is one-of-a-kind, with her sympathetic and considerate nature complementing her determined mindset.
Remi is expected to graduate from North Dakota State University in 2026 with a bachelor's degree in biological sciences. Her academic achievements are a testament to her hard work and dedication, and she is excited to take the skills she has learned in the classroom and apply them in the real world.
What motivates Remi most about her job is the chance to learn new skills and gain valuable experience that will help her in her future career. She takes pride in knowing that she is making a positive difference in the lives of others and that every day provides an opportunity for growth and discovery.
Remi is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys working out regularly to stay healthy and active. She also values the importance of spending time with loved ones and can often be found hanging out with her friends, sorority sisters, and family.
Remi Johnson brings energy, enthusiasm, and expertise to everything she does. Whether she's working hard at the clinic or enjoying some downtime with her loved ones, she approaches everything with a positive and proactive attitude.
