Chris has over two decades of experience in Structured Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking and Venture Capital/Private Equity. He holds a 2nd Class (Upper Division) in Accounting & Finance from the University of London and master of Business Administration degree from the University of Lagos. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London, (ACII) UK and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACIT). He has also attended various programmes at the prestigious Columbia Business School, New York, United States and INSEAD Business School, Fontainebleau, France, the IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain and the Chief Executive Programme (CEP17) of the Lagos Business School. He was the Pioneer Managing Director/CEO of Truebond Investments & Capital Limited, a company with diverse interests in Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Power and the Capital Markets. He worked with Damitop Consulting Limited as Managing Partner where he was involved in a number of World Bank projects for the federal and several state governments. He served as Executive Director (Investment Banking) of Citizens International Bank (now Enterprise Bank Limited) until his appointment as the pioneer Chief Executive Officer of PanAfrican Capital Holdings Limited

ERIC OKORUWA

Eric holds a master's degree in Marketing and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. He is an alumnus of the Advanced Managers Programme (AMP26) of the Lagos Business School, a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration, Institute of Directors and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. Prior to joining PanAfrican Capital, he was actively involved in various high-profile projects, capital raising exercises and advisory mandates in the private and public sector. He also worked on the privatization programme of both the State and Federal governments at Profound Securities Limited, Fountain Trust Bank PLC and Refuge Home Savings and Loans Limited. He has industry experience close to 20 years in Investment Banking and Structured Finance, he was involved in raising capital in excess of N500 billion in the Nigerian market and excess of $3 billion dollar from foreign institutions for various project execution in Nigeria and other African markets. He has attended various international and local courses on Company Valuation and Issues Pricing, Managing and Packaging Issues, Mergers and Acquisitions, Bonds and Derivatives, Asset Backed Securities and Structured Finance and Risks Management.

Humphrey Oriakhi

Humphrey is a graduate of Industrial Physics, with a Masters degree in Banking and finance from the University of Benin, Nigeria. He is also an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School (LBS), where he completed the Senior Management Program (SMP64). He started his banking career with Guardian Express Bank (GEB) Plc in 2003 (which later became Enterprise Bank Limited and is now a part of Heritage Bank Ltd). In 2005, he was seconded to the capital market subsidiary of GEB, Guardian Express Trust Ltd (GETL) as Head, Finance and Administration. On the emergence of PanAfrican Capital Plc (Then Spring Capital Markets Ltd) after the banking consolidation in 2006, he was retained as the pioneer Head, Clients' Services and later the reporting accountant of PAC Securities Limited (A PanAfrican Capital Holdings Company). Prior to his appointment as Head, Projects & Infrastructure Financing, he served as Regional Director, South Region. Humphrey is currently the Head, Specialized Finance at PAC Capital Limited. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). Humphrey is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and registered sponsored individual with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He has a strong transaction experience spanning various sectors of the Nigerian economy and across Africa. He participated actively in the Privatization of the Power sector in Nigeria and led the team that raised financing for three (3) Power Generating Companies (GENCOs) out of seven (7) that were available for acquisition and two (2) Electricity Distribution Companies (DISCOs) out of eleven (11). He has been exposed to several training programs in Project Finance Mechanics, Financial Modelling & Analysis and holds certificates in various other courses.

Michael has over a decade of experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Process Transformation, Financial Advisory, and Research. He holds a Second Class (Upper Division) in Economics & Development Studies from Igbinedion University and a Master of Science (with Distinction) in International Business from Coventry University UK. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN) and an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP). Over the years, He has assisted private and public liability companies to achieve company restructuring, redefinition of strategic objectives and market repositioning. He has anchored top level corporate planning sessions within and outside Africa and joined PanAfrican Capital Holdings Limited in 2017 as the Head Strategy, Execution and Planning.

MILLISON KWADJO NARH - Chairman

Millison Kwadjo Narh has served the Bank of Ghana since 1976 and worked in a number of departments where he gained immense experience. His central banking analytical skills include Monetary Policy Analysis, Payment Systems Development, Treasury/Manpower Development as well as Financial Stability issues. He was the First Deputy Governor of Bank of Ghana from July 20, 2009 to August 1, 2017. Mr. Narh is a Chartered Accountant with a master's degree in Banking and Finance from the Finafrica Foundation, Milan, Italy and a bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.

Mr. Kwadwo Poku

With an engineering and investment background, Mr. Kwadwo Poku, brings both technical and business experience to the company. He is the Managing Director of Gasop Oil, Ghana Limited and CEO of FKP & Rald Investment Limited. His investments in Ghana include International Energy Insurance (IEI) and Small Hydro Development Company (SHDCL). He worked as an engineer at Dan Technology PLC - an information technology company based in London, before he became the Special Assistant to Ghana's Minister of Tourism from January 2001 to May 2002. He studied Civil Engineering (B.Eng) at City University, London.
