After honorably serving the United States Army specializing in tactical information technology, Mr. Wilson joined the private sector as a solutions architect supporting both provide and public institutions. Examples include companies such as Dell, state governments and U.S. military organizations. Josh has been immersed in high-stakes security ventures involving protection of classified military information, taxpayer personally identifiable information (PII), IRS federal tax data, and Payment Card Industry (PCI) information.
Kirk was the President and co-founder of SOS Security (a Forsythe Company) from July 2009 until April of 2014. In less than 6 years, Kirk was able to build a team of industry professionals that made SOS Security one of the premier providers of Information Security products and solutions. With a passion for creating and building successful businesses, Kirk is also a founding investor and advisor at ExecWear (www.execwear.com) and has served on the board of two other IT-related companies.
Shiloh Coleman is an Austin-based business lawyer with a practice focused on helping start-ups and mature companies of all types to thrive and grow.
