Erin Grady

Erin Grady is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, accredited by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is licensed to practice in the state of Mississippi. A delta girl through and through, Erin was raised in Drew, Mississippi. She attended Mississippi Delta Community College and the University of Southern Mississippi where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology. With original hopes of attending medical school, it was the compassion of the nursing community during her father's fatal bout with cancer that inspired Erin to change direction following her college graduation, ultimately pursuing a career in nursing. After graduating from Itawamba Community College, Erin began her nursing career at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, working as an emergency room nurse for five years. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and began working for RedMed in 2018. While her love of emergency medicine has never changed, she has discovered a new joy in the developing relationships that have come about through meeting her patients and their families in the clinical community setting. Erin loves all aspects of acute care, particularly enjoying her pediatric patients and performing in-office procedures. Erin and her husband, Buck, currently live in Saltillo with their two small children and beloved cat. She enjoys corny jokes, traveling, baking, spending time outdoors and rooting for the New Orleans Saints. She is a member of Celebration Church in Tupelo.

Ginny Martin

Ginny Martin, FNP-C was born and raised in Holly Springs, MS. She graduated from Marshall Academy. She knew she wanted to become a nurse while taking her first Anatomy and Physiology class. Her interest in the intricacies of the human body and her desire to help people led her to a path of nursing. She graduated from Methodist Hospital School of Nursing in 1993. She later went on and pursued her bachelor's degree in nursing from MS University for Women. She eventually obtained a master's degree in nursing from the University of Memphis. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Board of Nurse Practitioners and licensed by the state of Mississippi. She has experience in ER, Med-Surg, Mental Health, Home Health and education. She is currently pursuing certification in functional medicine due to her interest in finding the root cause of her patient's symptoms. Ginny believes in providing exceptional care for her patients. She enjoys developing relationships with her patients and building a strong foundation of trust. She joined the RedMed family in January of 2022. Ginny and her husband Steve have three grown children, a wonderful son and daughter-in-law, and a precious grandson that she adores. She loves to travel and has an extensive bucket list of places she plans to go.

Hope B. White

Hope White, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and licensed by the states of Mississippi and Tennessee. Hope was born and raised in Oxford, MS. She graduated from Oxford High School. At age 15, while working at an eye surgery center and chiropractic office, Hope realized she wanted to pursue a career in the medical field. She has a passion for helping to make a difference in the lives of others. Hope received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Northwest Mississippi Community College in 2007 and her bachelor's degree from Delta State University of Mississippi. Hope worked as a registered nurse in ICU, ER, and gastroenterology settings. With her adventurous spirit, Hope became a travel nurse. She practiced in cardiothoracic and ICU stepdown units in Vermont and Florida then continued her education, earning a Master's in Nursing from Nashville's Belmont University and earning the Family Nurse Practitioner certification. Afterward, she moved back to Oxford and has been a part of the RedMed team since October 2015. Hope strives to provide the best health care possible, from disease prevention to diagnosis, and from treatment of simple to complex illnesses across all ages. She believes in building trusting relationships with her patients and coworkers. Hope enjoys challenges and acts quickly and efficiently in emergency situations. She enjoys performing procedures such as suturing. Hope and her husband Zach have two daughters and two dogs. She loves spending time with her family and traveling with them as often as she can. She collects pottery, and enjoys Ole Miss baseball and going on dates with her husband.

Jana M. Call

Jana Call, FNP-C, was born and raised in Pontotoc, MS. As a student at South Pontotoc High School, she dreamed of being a psychologist and went on to attend Ole Miss to pursue a psychology degree. While she was a student, a family emergency helped her realize her true calling for nursing. She graduated from The University of Mississippi with a psychology degree, then immediately entered nursing school, receiving an Associate Degree in Nursing from Itawamba Community College, and later a Master's Degree in Nursing from The University of Mississippi Medical Center. She has been a member of the RedMed family since 2013. She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a member of the Mississippi Association for Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is certified in TB and DOT physicals. She and her husband Jamie have five children and one dog. Her favorite colors are green and yellow. She thinks humility is one of the most important things to convey to others. Jana is a big fan of college and NFL football; she loves SEC football and the Denver Broncos.

Rhonda Baker

Rhonda is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and licensed by the state of Mississippi. She was born in Pontotoc, Mississippi and graduated from South Pontotoc school. Rhonda knew at an early age she wanted to be a nurse. She is passionate about helping people and loves all areas of the medical field. Rhonda graduated from ICC in Fulton MS with an Associate of Nursing degree. She worked as a mother and baby nurse for two years before branching out to pursue a job in the Emergency Department, where she remained until finishing her degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from Prude University in 2022. Rhonda strives on building relationships with her patients as this will earn trust and confidence. She learned that being an ED nurse helps in acute care as a provider by being prepared for emergency situations that may arrive and ones that need to be addressed quickly. Rhonda and husband Billy has 5 children, 10 grandchildren, and 4 dogs so life is never boring. She loves reading, shopping and spending time with the grands.
