Second Chance Recycling is now a part of the EMERGE family of enterprises. EMERGE operates three sustainable, social enterprise businesses that empower people facing employment barriers to re-enter the workforce and achieve lifelong success within their communities. In 2012, three social enterprises (Second Chance Recycling, Furnish Office & Home and Rebuild Resources) merged together to form Momentum Enterprises. Serving the same communities, there was a strong working relationship with EMERGE Community Development that grew until, in 2015, it felt natural to merge our efforts and expand our social impact... We provide immediate, full-time, transitional jobs that include: training, coaching, and support for people overcoming barriers to employment and re-entering the community. Click to see our impact.
