Our 100kW rooftop solar panels distribute electricity to our brewery and distillery. We produce Two Doctors Whiskey using 100 % renewable energy... In 2012 two physicians joined forces to capture the larrikin essence of Sydney in liquid gold. By distilling the best single malted barley beer with painstaking attention to every step of the process, a handcrafted whiskey of refined eccentricity has been born.
