JOE GRAHAM

Joe has been a member of the Springfield team since 2008. As a foreman, Joe is responsible for running a job with superb quality and integrity. Making sure the job is done in a timely fashion and that is held to the highest of quality standards. Joe must also teach his crew and other employees how to do their specific jobs and various tricks of the trade. Another feature of this management position is being quick and efficient at solving problems and organizing a job. Joe contributes 16 years of experience in this field. He took 2nd place in the nation with the Springfield team at the National Roofing Challenge. He is certified in CPR and First Aid. Joe was born in Grand Rapids, MI and moved to northern Michigan in 1986. He has been married for 13 years and has two children. In his spare time, Joe researches new ways to perfect his technique. He also enjoys spending time with his family, off-roading, fishing, spear fishing, hunting, camping and a good challenge.

JOSH WALTON

  • Safety & Business Development Manager
Josh has been a member of the Springfield team since 2013, and is a lifelong resident of Kingsley. As safety director, he oversees all aspects of Springfield's safety initiative. MIOSHA 10hr and MTI Level 1 certified, Josh leads our monthly safety meetings, monitors our crews at jobsites and is the foreman on all of our SmartAnchorâ„¢ installations. Josh spends his spare time enjoying his family, hunting and fixing things.

KEITH DEBARR

Keith has been with the Springfield team since March of 2008. In addition to being a roofing foreman, Keith also has his general contractor's license and bring many years of contracting experience to our team. As a foreman, Keith is responsible for organizing and running roofing jobs as well as taking on a substantial role in safety management. Keith is a native Michigander, currently living in the South Boardman area with his wife and two daughters. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, watching college football (Go Green!) and picking through yard sales. But if you ask Keith, he would say that, "he would rather be roofing!"

MATT BRUCKER

Job Titles:
  • Vice President of Operations
Matt joined the Springfield team in 2011. He works diligently to schedule projects and day-to-day tasks for our employees. Originally from Rockford, MI, Matt majored in Business Administration and minored in Marketing and Sales at Ferris State University. Since working at Springfield, Matt has received training and certification from the National Association of Safety Professionals (NASP), and has become certified in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems, and in LEAN Management. In his spare time, Matt enjoys all kinds of outdoor sports, but especially hunting, fishing and boating.

NICK JACQMAIN - CEO, President

Nick joined the Springfield team in the fall of 2009 as one of our project managers and was promoted to CEO in January of 2018. Nick works closely with the management team and oversees daily operations. Nick graduated from Central Michigan University in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Sports Management. He is originally from Freeland, MI and enjoys hunting in the U.P. with family and friends. Nick and his wife Audrey live in the Traverse City area with their kids, William, Henry, and Penelope.

NICK PASCOE

  • Training Coordinator
Nick has been with the Springfield team since July of 2007. He has eight years of experience and took 2nd place with the Springfield team at the National Roofers Challenge in 2013. As the service tech/crew foreman, Nick must repair leaks and damage on worn roofs, train new employees and install new roofing systems. Nick is also CPR and First Aid certified. When Nick is not working, he enjoys fishing, snowboarding and spending time with his family.

PAM BENDER

Pam joined the Springfield team in July of 2018 after working for 18 years in banking. She lives in Kingsley with her husband Jerry and two children Jared and Kylie. In her spare time, Pam enjoys spending time with family, camping, and traveling.

Terri Jo

Terri Jo semi-retired in 2018; however, they are both still involved with operations. Terry serves on our Board of Directors, as well as, acting as a consult for special projects. Terri Jo works closely with our office staff and helps with day-to-day operations.

TREVON COLE

  • Senior Estimator
Trevon joined the Springfield team in 2013 and has 20+ years construction experience along with 7+ years of commercial roofing experience. Trevon oversees all of the estimating, and is involved with managing fall protection projects, and procuring materials. Trevon lives in the Fife Lake area with his wife, Jessica, and their four children. The Cole family enjoys many outdoor activities including mountain biking, traveling, and cross-country skiing racing.
