Mary Jo Whelan is the co-founder and CEO of The McGinley Group Property Management Company. Mary Jo became an "accidental landlord" in 1996. After managing her accidental rental property for several years with no experience, education, or guidance and making a lot of newbie mistakes, she decided to become serious about a career as a real estate investor and building a rental portfolio.

Paula Cusimano found her niche in Property Management in the multifamily industry in 2013. After 7 years of long hours in the corporate world of Property Management, she stumbled upon an opportunity with The McGinley Group when an opening presented itself as an Assistant Property Manager. This opportunity allowed her to extend her knowledge with single family rentals. She quickly realized that she preferred being part of a family-oriented business. Paula is also currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. At home, Paula is a mother of two and enjoys spending her free time with art, specializing in painting and woodworking. She has a side gig of selling her custom woodwork wall décor, which can be found on Etsy and Facebook Marketplace.

Todd stepped into the real estate investing world in 2002 when his Mother was adding another rental to her portfolio. He began working with the contractor helping with the demo, trash out, and hauling. This would have been his first time on a renovation job, and he soon realized that this experience started his "on the job training".
