Allen C. Capps was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, Gas Transmission and Midstream in March 2022. He provides strategic leadership and management oversight for marketing, business development, gas control, planning, and economic valuation for the gas transmission and storage assets and related services in the Gas Transmission and Midstream business unit. Capps is a member of Enbridge's Executive Leadership Team and serves on the Board of Directors of DCP Midstream, LP and is Vice Chair of the Energy Infrastructure Council.
Capps previously served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Energy Services. In this role he was responsible for capital allocation, investment review, corporate business development including M&A, and Energy Services. He also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Enbridge and before that Vice President and Controller at Spectra Energy. In these two roles he was responsible for financial accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, and internal controls. He previously served as Vice President Business Development, Storage and Transmission for Union Gas Limited in Ontario, Canada, a large subsidiary of Spectra Energy at the time. In that capacity, he oversaw the business development activities for the natural gas storage and transmission assets, asset optimization, gas supply acquisition, product and service development, gas management and gas control, contract billing and capacity planning and management. Prior to that he served as Vice President and Treasurer for Spectra Energy, responsible for all financing and capital market activities, credit and risk management, interest rate management, liquidity and cash management, and relationships with major banks and credit rating agencies.
Prior to joining Spectra Energy, Capps held various senior level finance roles at both Enterprise Products Partners and TEPPCO Partners and was an auditor with both Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. Before starting his business career, Capps served more than four years on active duty as a reconnaissance and surveillance soldier and paratrooper in the U.S. Army.
Capps graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Finance. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Master of Business Administration. Capps has also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and previously served on the Board of Directors of Énergir. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Capps resides in Houston, Texas with his wife Emily and their two children.

He has more than 40 years of energy industry experience, including as Chair, President and CEO of El Paso Corporation from 2003 to 2012, as CFO and then COO of Halliburton Company from 2001 to 2003, and as Chair, President and CEO of Nuevo Energy from 1996-2001.

Mr. Banister is the founder and CEO of Different Points of View, a private firm that provides advisory services in the areas of leadership and safety. He served as President & CEO of Aera Energy LLC, an oil and gas exploration and production company jointly owned by Shell Oil Company and ExxonMobil, from 2007 until his retirement in 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Banister held various senior leadership positions at Shell from 1980 to 2007.

Greg Ebel is President and Chief Executive Officer of Enbridge Inc. He and his Executive Leadership Team represent the senior management of Enbridge.
Mr. Ebel was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of Enbridge on Jan. 1, 2023, and continues to sit as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Ebel was Chair of the Board from 2017 to 2022. He served as Chairman, President and CEO of Spectra Energy from 2009 until 2017. Prior to that time, Mr. Ebel served as Spectra Energy's Group Executive and Chief Financial Officer beginning in 2007. He served as President of Union Gas Limited from 2005 until 2007, and Vice President, Investor & Shareholder Relations of Duke Energy Corporation from 2002 until 2005. Mr. Ebel joined Duke Energy in 2002 as Managing Director of Mergers and Acquisitions in connection with Duke Energy's acquisition of Westcoast Energy Inc. Mr. Ebel holds a BA (Bachelor of Arts, Honours) from York University and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. Mr. Ebel has earned the CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight. This certificate was developed by NACD, Ridge Global, and Carnegie Mellon University's CERT division.
Ms. Rowe served as Vice Chair, Investments, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan from 2020 until her retirement in 2023. From 2019 to 2020, she was Executive Managing Director, Equities, at Ontario Teachers, an independent organization responsible for administering and managing the assets of the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Prior to that, she was Senior Managing Director, Ontario Teachers' Private Capital from 2010 to 2019. Ms. Rowe held several executive positions at Scotiabank from 1987 to 2010, including President and Chief Executive Officer of Scotia Mortgage Corporation and Roynat Capital Inc. Ms. Rowe holds an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from York University, Schulich School of Business and a BComm (hon) (Bachelor of Commerce) from Memorial University. Ms. Rowe is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Michelle George is Senior Vice President and Chief Transition Officer, responsible for driving organizational change and initiatives that enable growth, position the company to capture new opportunities, and ensure we continue to add value to our customers and stakeholders. She works closely with senior leadership and across businesses to streamline business processes, enhance competitiveness and sustain high performance in service of Enbridge's mission to be the first choice for energy delivery in North America and beyond.
Prior to this role, Michelle served as Vice President, New Energy Technologies, enabling our energy transition opportunities and building on the company's early investments in RNG, hydrogen and carbon capture, utilization, and sequestration (CCUS), as well as other low carbon technologies. Michelle has been with Enbridge for over 25 years and has previously held various leadership roles in engineering, integrity, asset management, projects, and operations.
Michelle was elected as a Fellow into the Canadian Academy of Engineering in 2022 and was named one of Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 by the Women's Executive Network in 2019. She is a Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Management degree from McMaster University.
