Adrian White serves as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for WilmerHale.
As CIO, he leads the firm's Information Services Department responsible for information technology and security, data analytics, information governance, records, project management, business relationship management, research, library, contract administration, procurement, and technology training across the firm's global footprint.
In his capacity as CAO, Mr. White leads the Administration/Operations Department of the firm including such functions as emergency response, facilities management, real estate leasing and construction projects, food service, conference scheduling, event planning, physical security, casualty insurance, travel, reprographics, and office administration.
During the pandemic, he led the firm's crisis management team in addressing COVID-19 issues such as office closings and openings, safely protocols, and matters related to return-to-work.
Mr. White worked at the firm from 1999 to 2012, during which time he held positions of increasing responsibility. Before returning to the firm in 2016, he served as chief information officer at Arnold & Porter.

Andrew Goldman is co-chair of the firm's Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Practice Group, resident in the New York office. He is comfortable handling bankruptcy-related litigation and corporate issues. Having practiced in the field for more than 25 years, Mr. Goldman is a seasoned bankruptcy litigator and counselor whose practical insights and analytical abilities enable him to fashion strategy and form consensus in the most complicated of restructuring environments.
Mr. Goldman's practice is broad ranging, and includes representation of large public company debtors, creditors' committees, DIP lenders, acquirers and individual institutional creditors, in both out-of-court workouts and formal restructuring processes (both domestic and of the cross-border type).
Professional Activities
Mr. Goldman was selected for the 2010 and 2011 Editorial Advisory Board for Bankruptcy Law360. He is a member of the Brooklyn Law School Zaretsky Roundtable, and guest lectures the advanced Business Reorganizations' class at Brooklyn Law School as well. He is also a frequent lecturer on restructuring at The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Anjan Sahni serves as the firm's managing partner. Mr. Sahni represents companies, boards, and senior executives in federal and state government investigations, litigation, and crisis-related matters. He returned to WilmerHale in 2015, after having been a federal prosecutor for over a decade at the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, where he served in various senior roles. Since 2005, Mr. Sahni has been lead counsel in a dozen federal criminal trials, including in a recent high-profile criminal antitrust trial, in which he obtained an acquittal.
Recognized by Chambers USA as a leading white-collar and government investigations lawyer, Mr. Sahni draws extensive praise from his peers and clients. Clients describe him as "outstanding," "unflappable" and "extremely polished," and having a "laser-sharp ability to reason legally." Sources laud his courtroom abilities, describing him "as a phenomenal trial attorney" and "an extremely persuasive advocate in the courtroom." The National Law Journal recognized Mr. Sahni as a Litigation Trailblazer in 2019 and a Criminal Law Trailblazer in 2020. Mr. Sahni was also named to the Lawyers of Color Power List in 2020, recognizing influential minority attorneys in the United States.
Mr. Sahni served as an Assistant US Attorney in the Southern District of New York from 2005 to 2015. As a prosecutor, Mr. Sahni served as Chief of the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force, in which role he supervised investigations and prosecutions involving insider trading, accounting fraud, market manipulation, commodities fraud, and violations of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Mr. Sahni also served as the Co-Chief of the Terrorism and International Narcotics Unit, where he oversaw investigations and prosecutions involving domestic and international terrorism, arms trafficking, counterintelligence, piracy, money laundering, violations of export controls and economic sanctions laws, and global narcotics trafficking.
Mr. Sahni advises companies, boards, and senior executives in high-stakes government and internal investigations, litigation, and crisis response. He represents clients in matters involving the DOJ, SEC, CFTC, Congressional Committees, and State Attorneys General. His recent representations have involved the areas of securities and commodities fraud, antitrust, international sanctions, export controls, data privacy, tax law, laws governing the use of classified information, the BSA, the FCPA, and federal and state civil rights laws. Mr. Sahni also advises institutions on culture-related reviews related to race and DEI issues. He maintains an active pro bono practice on behalf of indigent criminal defendants and the Sikh Coalition, a national civil rights organization.
After graduating at the top of his class at Emory University, Mr. Sahni attended Yale Law School. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Pierre N. Leval of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, after which he joined WilmerHale as a litigation associate.

Partner-in-charge for the Brussels office, Anne Vallery has practiced EU competition and regulatory law in Brussels since 1996, with a particular focus on TMT and digital economy sector. She has litigated numerous cases before the European Commission, European courts, national competition authorities, Brussels courts and other national courts. Ms. Vallery has been involved in a host of major transatlantic cartel investigations. Ms. Vallery has also been involved in major abuse of dominance investigations, state aid litigation, damages litigation, ICSID and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitration and telecoms matters. She has also represented clients in numerous filings of mergers and joint ventures with the European Commission and national competition authorities, including negotiations of divestiture and other commitments.
Ms. Vallery has also assisted clients in State aid investigations, in securing European Commission's approval, in complaint proceedings against illegal State measures, in subsequent litigation, in designing investment strategy and approach on the basis of State aid rules in the airline, financial, gaming and gambling, telecommunications, transportation and mobility and basic industry sectors. In addition to her State aid experience, she has advised and represented clients in the biotechnology sector, the film industry and sustainable innovation sector in obtaining EU funding or in dispute with the Commission regarding EU funding.
