Adrian White serves as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for WilmerHale. As CIO, he leads the firm's Information Services Department responsible for information technology and security, data analytics, information governance, records, project management, business relationship management, research, library, contract administration, procurement, and technology training across the firm's global footprint. In his capacity as CAO, Mr. White leads the Administration/Operations Department of the firm including such functions as emergency response, facilities management, real estate leasing and construction projects, food service, conference scheduling, event planning, physical security, casualty insurance, travel, reprographics, and office administration. During the pandemic, he led the firm's crisis management team in addressing COVID-19 issues such as office closings and openings, safely protocols, and matters related to return-to-work. Mr. White worked at the firm from 1999 to 2012, during which time he held positions of increasing responsibility. Before returning to the firm in 2016, he served as chief information officer at Arnold & Porter.

Andrew N. Goldman

Andrew Goldman is co-chair of the firm's Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Practice Group, resident in the New York office. He is comfortable handling bankruptcy-related litigation and corporate issues. Having practiced in the field for more than 25 years, Mr. Goldman is a seasoned bankruptcy litigator and counselor whose practical insights and analytical abilities enable him to fashion strategy and form consensus in the most complicated of restructuring environments. Mr. Goldman's practice is broad ranging, and includes representation of large public company debtors, creditors' committees, DIP lenders, acquirers and individual institutional creditors, in both out-of-court workouts and formal restructuring processes (both domestic and of the cross-border type). Professional Activities Mr. Goldman was selected for the 2010 and 2011 Editorial Advisory Board for Bankruptcy Law360. Anjan Sahni - CEO

Anjan Sahni serves as the firm's managing partner. Mr. Sahni represents companies, boards, and senior executives in federal and state government investigations, litigation, and crisis-related matters. He returned to WilmerHale in 2015, after having been a federal prosecutor for over a decade at the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, where he served in various senior roles. Since 2005, Mr. Sahni has been lead counsel in a dozen federal criminal trials, including in a recent high-profile criminal antitrust trial, in which he obtained an acquittal. Recognized by Chambers USA as a leading white-collar and government investigations lawyer, Mr. Sahni draws extensive praise from his peers and clients. Clients describe him as "outstanding," "unflappable" and "extremely polished," and having a "laser-sharp ability to reason legally." Sources laud his courtroom abilities, describing him "as a phenomenal trial attorney" and "an extremely persuasive advocate in the courtroom." Partner-in-charge for the Brussels office, Anne Vallery has practiced EU competition and regulatory law in Brussels since 1996, with a particular focus on TMT and digital economy sector. She has litigated numerous cases before the European Commission, European courts, national competition authorities, Brussels courts and other national courts. Ms. Vallery has been involved in a host of major transatlantic cartel investigations. Ms. Vallery has also been involved in major abuse of dominance investigations, state aid litigation, damages litigation, ICSID and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitration and telecoms matters.
