Adrian Griffiths is a Partner in the Litigation team, joining Dutton Gregory in 2020. He has 18 years' experience and has a long history with the firm, qualifying as a solicitor at Dutton Gregory in 2004.
Adrian has enjoyed success at firms in London for many years. He provides specialist real estate consultancy advice to property professionals, developers, landlord and tenant clients as well as investors and high net worth individuals to maximise the performance of their property assets such as high street and retail park units, warehouses and offices.
He regularly provides advice to his clients on issues concerning nuisance, trespass, rights to light, rent reviews, lease renewals, dilapidations, break notices, exit strategies and claims for the modification or discharge of restrictive covenants.
Adrian is a member of the Property Litigation Association (PLA).

Alex O'Sullivan is a Senior Associate Solicitor in our Chandlers Ford office who joined Dutton Gregory in 2022.
Alex specialises in tax planning, trusts, estate administration and drafting of wills and powers of attorney. He has a wealth of experience dealing with a wide range of private client matters, in particular high net worth estates including those with foreign property. He also deals with Court of Protection applications.

Obtaining a Grant de Bonis Non on an intestate estate where the administrator died leaving the estate partially unadministered.
Alice Toop joined Dutton Gregory in May 2023 and is an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Department in our Bournemouth office. She is also a notary public.
Alice has over 5 years' experience and supports clients' resolve a wide range of disputes. Alice provides commercial and pragmatic advice and actively explores all options for resolution, including negotiation, mediation and adjudication.

Amanda Watts is a Partner in the Residential Property team, joining Dutton Gregory in 2021.
Amanda has previously worked as Partner at Nockolds in Bishop's Stortford as well as Stone King, in their Bath office.
Heading up Bournemouth's Residential Property offering, Amanda brings a wealth of experience and expertise with her, working hard for her clients in a variety of property matters.
