Adrian Griffiths is a Partner in the Litigation team, joining Dutton Gregory in 2020. He has 18 years' experience and has a long history with the firm, qualifying as a solicitor at Dutton Gregory in 2004. Adrian has enjoyed success at firms in London for many years. He provides specialist real estate consultancy advice to property professionals, developers, landlord and tenant clients as well as investors and high net worth individuals to maximise the performance of their property assets such as high street and retail park units, warehouses and offices. He regularly provides advice to his clients on issues concerning nuisance, trespass, rights to light, rent reviews, lease renewals, dilapidations, break notices, exit strategies and claims for the modification or discharge of restrictive covenants.
