One client, a pre-eminent estate, following the planned retirement of the CEO, needed to appoint a new CEO, albeit with different commercial skills. We agreed to target about 80 organizations, ranging from landed estates, to Oxbridge colleges, to property companies and onto entities that had real estate assets.
