Davide Di Palma is an electronic engineer with specialization in biomedical engineering and a PhD in Electromagnetism, Radiofrequency and Microwaves.
Davide started his career in a start-up developing Internet of Things products where he covered several roles from production to product management, then moved into an O&G corporation as quality and then engineering manager.
Davide joined HWM in July 2019 as Engineering Project Director with the aim to shape and guide the engineering team in order to improve project execution and delivery through industry-level methodologies and top standards.

Matthew Brown joined HWM as Operations Director in June 2023, with responsibility for leading the development and execution of the global operations strategy. The role covers all aspects of operations within HWM, to include customer service, production, procurement, logistics, CI, automation and industrialisation.
Matthew is an experienced Operations and Technical professional, having working in a variety of undustries including electronics, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, power distribution and personal care.
"I am passionate about building high performance teams that support each other and the business needs. My role is simply to make everyone's life easier by ensuring that they have the correct tools and techniques available to them".

Richard Wallace is a chartered IT professional with more than 20 years of experience. He joined HWM in June 2015 and is our Director of IT and Data Services, responsible for our internal IT, cloud systems and device connectivity.
During his time at HWM, Richard has transformed the IT department, driving innovation and results and improving compliance standards. He drove the process for HWM to become both ISO 27001 accredited and Cyber Essentials certified.
Prior to HWM, Richard worked in IT with a leading insurance provider and in the media industry, where he designed and pioneered innovative solutions to automatically encode and distribute audio and video content from the European Parliament to news outlets around the world.
