AMORICANA

The History of Amoricana. It all started one day after I had returned from living in the States for nearly a decade... I missed that smoked BBQ smell, the smoke lingering in the air. I could practically taste it. A friend of mine invited me over to his family house which for me was a big deal. I sat down on a blazing summer's day, the BBQ going, the intoxicating smell of the food everywhere. My friend's Big Ma joined me telling me tales of her younger days, the shin-digs around the BBQ late into the night. The food, the atmosphere and the experience of that night I felt was something which I wanted to always remember.
