CHANCE HOUSING

The Coalition for Housing Accessibility, Needs, Choices and Equality (CHANCE Housing) helps adults and children with intellectual, cognitive, and developmental disabilities find and maintain affordable, accessible community-based housing. Assists people in ways that ensure they have fair and equal access to our community's existing affordable housing resources. Works to keep Santa Barbara a community that has a variety of housing types to meet the diverse and evolving housing needs and preferences of people/families with intellectual, cognitive, and developmental disabilities.
