Based in Dublin, Anthony graduated from Manchester University in 2009 with a master's degree in Pharmacy. Anthony developed Clarity Locums from a bedroom business with zero funding, to the most reputable and trusted locum agency in the UK Ireland. Anthony is an avid cyclist and coffee connoisseur.
Aoife graduated from DIT in 2018 with a Bachelor's (Hons) in International Hospitality Management. She is based in our Porto office and oversees our compliance and onboarding team. Aoife is dedicated to ensuring a high standard of procedural adherence and risk mitigation to help continue to provide a quality service to our clients and employees. Aoife is currently undertaking a course in data analytics and enjoys reading crime fiction novels and cooking.

Briony joined Clarity in May 2022 as Senior Account Manager. With over 10 years experience in the Pharmacy recruitment market, Briony has built strong relationships with clients and locums and is keen to further grow the business. Briony covers East Midlands, West Midlands, East Anglia, South East and Pharmacy Support Staff UK-wide. In her spare time Briony enjoys spending time with family and friends and is a massive fan of Christmas.

Gary has a B.Sc in Health and Physical Activity. After 3 years working in the Fitness Industry as a Gym Instructor/Manager, he pursued a career in sales, and now recruitment! Gary's personality and attention to detail is what brought him to working with Clarity. He's an honest and motivated person who is always trying to find the best outcome for everyone involved. In his spare time, Gary enjoys all sports including Gaelic, rugby, padel tennis, and gym training.
Graduated from UCC in 2021 with a BCL in Law and in 2022 from UL with a MSC in human resource Management. Isobel Joined the pharmacy Locum team in 2022. Isobel Helps resolve issues and make the best match between Clients and Locum pharmacists and locum technicians. Isobel spends her free time training in powerlifting and spending time with family and friends.
Pharmacist with extensive experience in retail Pharmacy in a variety of roles and settings, as proprietor, employee and locum pharmacist. John was Practice Liaison Pharmacist on the National Pharmacist Internship Programme (RCSI) and continues to work as Pharmacy Consultant specialising in education, training and audit. John is a Past President of Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.

Justin is responsible for the company's New Zealand operation, including day-to-day management, business development, and support. He previously worked as a locum pharmacist in Ireland before moving to New Zealand in 2019 to manage a pharmacy, and visit the Shire.
Justin earned a Master of Pharmacy degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from University College Cork.
After coming from a background as Client Care Co-ordinator for Homecare, Kayleigh joined the locum pharmacy team in 2022. Kayleigh is a team player who assists in the locum pharmacist and locum technician bookings alongside any shift queries that come in. She is a motivated and enthusiastic individual who seeks to find the best outcome for both locums and clients alike. When Kayleigh is not working she loves to travel to different countries and experience different cultures. Kayleigh adores her family and her pets!

After 2 years at Clarity, Laura leads the Clarity Nursing recruitment team as its Head of Nursing. During her previous years of management, Laura acquired and honed her skills in Customer Service, Human Resources, Operations, Project Management and Recruitment. This, paired with her passion for people and talent building, helps her offer an excellent recruitment experience for both client and candidate alike.
Laura joined Clarity in 2021 as a Locum Coordinator. Coming from a background in homecare recruitment, Laura is a real people person who is determined to provide the best experience for both locums and clients. In her spare time, Laura loves spending time with friends and family, especially her pets, and going to concerts.

Mike is a massive sports fan and spends most of his weekends watching anything and everything involving a ball or a horse - much to his wife and kids delight!

Niamh is also an Associate member of CIPD. As the pharmacy locum agency team manager, Niamh ensures that the high level of service given by Clarity is consistently delivered.
Paige, originally from Essex has moved around all her life and even spent 7 years living in Ireland! With a background in recruitment, she is very driven, ambitious and loyal. She loves coffee - to the point that she can't function until she's had her first one of the morning!
With over 14 years of professional work experience in different industries: Tourism and Entertainment, Healthcare Recruitment and Technology, Pamela is spot on in delivering results. With 8 years of Project Management Experience, she has developed her client relations skills and is competent in planning and executing multiple activities, actions and plans simultaneously. During her spare time, you will see her watching Architectural Digest, Interior Design vlogs or scouting for vintage pieces.
