ANAND KUMAR SEETHALA is an Indian business man, software developer, investor and promoter, he is the founder of CTPL since 2008, his journey as business person started in the year 1994 During his course completion of Hon's Diploma in Advanced Systems Management from Informatics Computers Systems - Delhi. He along with his team, has designed a Basic Computer Course for School Students in the name CLAP Computer Literacy Awareness Program after first phase of implementation, they migrated to do Software Development and Personal Computer Systems Assembling for Schools, Colleges, Universities Government offices and to various commercial applications, In 2008 as part of new Business venture vertical started a new Company CTPL to do R&D and Design and Develop of Embedded Systems for CMVR Components of SLD and VLTDevices and created a Manufacturing Facility to meet the requirement and since 2018 onwards started focusing on the Vehicle telematics and Transpomatics.
BHAVANI BOTCHA is a Telugu Literature Post graduate passed out from Andhra University and worked as a School Assistant in Govt High School, Education Dept. Govt of Andhra Pradesh, she has resigned and joined as Co-Founder of CTPL and continuing as Executive Director Position.

MADHI DORAISWAMY is an entrepreneur from Bangalore, after his Graduation BE Mechanical, interest in electronics and software, since 2007 he is into Manufacturing of Multi Gas Analyzers systems for Testing Petrol and diesels pollution of Levels in Vehicles. With the Invitation of CTPL Management, he joined as an Independent Director in the company.

VIJAYA KUMARI BOTCHA is a Bachelor of Arts from Andhra University worked as a Junior Assistant in District Courts of Srikakulam District of Andhra Pradesh State and after retirement from Services, She Joined CTPL a Non- Executive Director and she is extending her resourceful skills to serve the company.
