Core X Fit is revolutionary type of training that mixes Abdominal exercises and High Intensity Training to produce a distinctive form of training. My name is David from Glasgow (see above picture), I started Core X Fit as I feel Fitness qualifications are too expensive in the industry. We make sure that our courses are ‘Affordable for All' with student discounts available. This is fantastic value for new and experienced Instructors. We currently deliver 2 unique courses, Core X Fit- The Extreme ABHIT Workout and Core X Kids- The FIT-tastic Workout for 5-15 year olds.
