Debra Baker has been a senior appraiser with EG Valuation, Inc. since 2008 performing appraisals on all types of machinery and equipment and also inventory valuations. Debra has been awarded the MCMEA designation (Master Certified Machinery/Equipment Appraiser) by the NEBB Institute and the ECEA (Expert Certified Equipment Appraiser) and EICA (Expert Inventory Certified Appraiser) by the Appraisal Specialist Network.
Debra is owner of Strategic Assets Consulting which provides valuation consulting services to lenders, CPAs, attorneys, courts, and others. Debra had served as Director of Business Development for NEBB Institute from 2002 through 2016 providing education, recruiting, training, servicing, and support for member Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraisers worldwide.
Emily Fisher is a Wisconsin Licensed Appraiser and Real Estate Salesperson. Emily serves as manager for the commercial real estate and business brokerage firm, The Ellefson Group, LLC. Emily has experience in all areas of the appraisal assignment and working with multiple types of properties. Emily Fisher has been employed with EG Valuation, Inc. since 2007. She is a member of The National Association of Realtors®, The Wisconsin Realtors® Association, and The National Equipment & Business Broker Institute. Emily has a B.S. from U.W. Eau Claire.

Lisa Franks is the Administrative Manager for EG Valuation, Inc. She assists in all areas of the appraisal process. Lisa has been a valuable member of the firms and joined us in 2017.
Rich has 30 years experience in valuing properties and assisting clients in purchasing, selling, and financing businesses and commercial real estate. He is a certified general appraiser, licensed broker, and has earned the designations of Certified Senior Business Analyst, Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser, and Expert Certified Equipment Appraiser. Rich is a member of national professional organizations in business brokerage, appraisal and realty. His business background includes 15 years as an Executive Officer with regional banking organizations plus serving as State President of Risk Management Association. Rich has owned and served as president of Ellefson Appraisal, Inc & The Ellefson Group since 1992. Rich has a B.A. in Business Administration and a M.B.A. in Finance.
