We offer either five mornings or five afternoons for the 15 hours funding and a combination of both sessions for 3 and 4 year olds who are eligible for the 30 hour funding... On behalf of all staff and governors I would like to welcome you to Fairfield Maintained Nursery School. The school was established in 1952 and many children's parents and grandparents remember attending. Over the years, various changes and extensions to the building and grounds have taken place. The Nursery School has been expanded to meet demand from the community and now offers 144 part time places for 2 to 4 year old children. The garden area has been continually developed and many children choose outside as their learning environment. The children also access our magical and exciting woodland area... We aim to recognise and respect every child and their family members as unique individuals.
