I have been in the fitness industry for 22 years as a personal trainer, rehabilitation and kickboxing instructor. 9 years ago I stumbled upon a pole school up north and trained to be a pole fitness instructor and brought it back to Essex to create my own pole & aerial school which was established in 2010. Since then we have built up a large customer base of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. I pride myself with being well equipped with the best facilities, helpers in every class and varied instructors within the pole & aerial community. People come to pole & aerial fitness for different reasons, some to boost confidence and we help one another. Others to increase their fitness levels, or some just to make new friends.
